Antony is a partner at Bridges Ventures and leads the Bridges Social Entrepreneurs Fund and Bridges Social Impact Bond Fund. He is a member of the Bridges Ventures investment committee and a Teaching Fellow at London Business School. He is also Director of the North East-based seed fund, NorthStar Ventures.
Antony has over 20 years of private equity and venture capital investment experience in a wide range of businesses and stages. He joined 3i in 1988 and managed 3i's Newcastle and Cambridge offices before leading 3i's healthcare team.
He studied Mechanical Engineering at Bristol University and has an MBA from London Business School.
Ed has been CEO of Charity Bank, a bank run for and owned by social purpose organisations, since July 2018. He was previously Managing Director of Big Issue Invest (BII), the social investment arm of the Big Issue magazine group. He was closely involved in the structuring and raising of the BII's two Social Enterprise Investment Funds and was responsible for the social and financial performance of BII's loan and investment portfolios.

Rob has been the Chief Financial Officer at Pension Insurance Corporation, a leading provider of de-risking solutions to pension schemes, for over 10 years. The company has grown from being a start-up to a £31.8bn AUM business.
Rob is a member of the Audit Committee of the Association of British Insurers, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
