SAIL LOFTS - Key Persons

Conor Fletcher

Conor joined the Sail Lofts - St Ives team as a Marketing Assistant in 2017. Raised in Penzance, he completed his degree in English at Plymouth University. His interests range from reading, writing and cooking to his favourite sport baseball. Conor lives just outside of Penzance with his wife Alice and their cat Cleo.

Elizabeth Davies

Job Titles:
  • Director
Elizabeth grew up in a beautiful part of Yorkshire but left to work in London and live in the South East. The draw to Cornwall grew when her first child arrived, which may have been due to the long summer holidays spent with cousins and grandparents in Newlyn when she was young. Many years later Elizabeth and her family are still here, with a large hound (who features on the website), a ginger cat who seems to live entirely on Porthmeor, and a very stubborn horse and a tiny tortoise called Trevor. Elizabeth's early career was in HR at British Airways and Roche Pharma, where she walked alongside many talented individuals. But in leading the team at Sail Lofts - St Ives she feels we have found a group that is exceptional on many levels, which makes for a very happy working environment, which in turn, of course, makes for happy guests and great holidays.

Hélène Chaussavoine

Originally from Brittany, Helene completed a communication degree before going traveling to Australia and South-East Asia for three years. Cornwall naturally became her new home-away-from-home in 2015 where she ran an art gallery for two years in St Ives before joining the Sail Lofts team as a Marketing and Communication executive.

Kelly Weaver

Born and bred in St Ives, Kelly studied Business Studies and Marketing at Brighton University. After 5 years in Brighton the lure of St Ives was too much and she returned to her home town to pursue her career in Cornwall. Initially working with a local publication concentrating on marketing and brand awareness in the local community, Kelly then moved onwards and upwards and joined a Newquay based firm as a Marketing and Events Manager where she got her teeth stuck into running one of Cornwall's flagship festivals.

Tash Murch

Raised in Devon, Tash moved to Cornwall to complete a Music, Theatre and Entertainment Management degree at Falmouth University, after 8 years working in the theatre industry. St Ives became home after finishing her degree, a place visited regularly with her family throughout her childhood. Since graduating she worked for Falmouth University, alongside volunteering for wildlife charities including being a Marine Mammal Medic.
