Outside of work Ben likes to travel and is a sports enthusiast who plays football and enjoys keeping fit at the gym.

Blake has over 10 years financial services experience. He provides advice to individuals, business owners and private clients specialising in investment planning, retirement planning and inheritance tax solutions.
Blake is proficient in providing clients with practical solutions to the financial issues that concern them most. His emphasis is on maintaining long term relationships with clients and providing them with a source of trusted advice as their needs evolve.
Blake initially started his career with Abbey National as a financial adviser.
In his spare time, Blake likes spending time with his young son Archie, his wife Megan (who also works at Cooper Associates) and his two dogs, as well as getting down to Sandy Park to watch Exeter Chiefs.

Carl is one of our longest-standing advisers having joined Cooper Associates in 2009. Prior to joining, Carl was a professional cricketer at Somerset County Cricket Club. Most notably Carl enjoyed great success as part of the Twenty20 winning side in 2005.
Carl has extensive connections within the sporting world and acts as an adviser to many sports professionals. Carl's particular area of specialism is Final Salary Pensions. In addition to this, Carl advises a broad client bank on investment and pension matters.
Carla is a mortgage adviser within the telephony team at Cooper Associates Mortgages.
Carla has previous experience in the finance and manufacturing sectors, where she worked as a project manager, developing her excellent client service skills in the process.
Away from the office Carla enjoys spending time going for walks and beach trips with her young family.

Charl specialises in providing financial planning and investment advice to his clients, helping them to achieve their financial ambitions. He takes care in understanding his clients' goals and ambitions and helps them plan to achieve them.
Charl previously worked for a FTSE 100 banking group before enrolling in and graduating from the St. James's Place Academy and completing his diploma. He is easy to get along with and has a very relaxed demeanour.
Charl is a former South Africa test cricketer, who took over 1,100 wickets in an illustrious career.
These days he treasures time with his family and enjoys being a spectator of cricket, football and rugby.
Always available by phone, email and personal visits. This was especially valued when Charl came to see us in the last week of my husband's life and put his mind at rest regarding my financial future.

Away from the office, Christo participates in many sports including running ultramarathons, endurance cycling and golf. When not being active, Christo enjoys spending time with his young family and Cockapoo, Lily.
Christopher's areas of expertise include pensions, investments and inheritance tax planning. Christopher is passionate about client service and has a commitment to building long-term, professional relationships with clients. Christopher prides himself on helping clients reach their future financial goals through regular reviews and careful planning, treating each client's circumstances as unique.
In his spare time, Christopher can be found spending time with his friends and family or on the golf course.

Previously, Daniel worked as an Operations Manager for a medical equipment servicing company. Daniel also spent a year exploring New Zealand, working for Auckland City Council.
Away from the office, Daniel is a keen photographer and hiker and enjoys spending his weekends outdoors.
David has extensive accountancy experience, having qualified in 1992. He has worked in general practice throughout his career and enjoys the challenge and variety of dealing with a wide range of business and personal clients.
David manages a mixed portfolio of clients, ranging from medical practitioners to property owners, retail and construction workers. He has a ‘hands on' approach and look to develop long term business relationships with his clients.
David is married with three grown up children and a grandchild to keep him busy away from the office.
He is also involved as treasurer with the scouts at District level, local youth football team and sits on the Board of Age UK Somerset.
David's knowledge of small business accountancy and tax affairs has really helped us to have peace of mind, allowing us to focus on growing our business
