This project is located at 130 West Broadway, on the south side of West Broadway, between Columbia and Manitoba Streets. Onsite is a one-storey building that was occupied by Mountain Equipment Co-op (MEC), who have relocated to 2 nd Avenue and Quebec Street. The existing building has no long term leaseholder or existing residential tenants...
