Adis is responsible for strategic market research that includes macro and micro trends, and sales and rent comparable analyses to assist the acquisitions and asset management teams. He joined OneWall in 2021. Prior to joining OneWall, he spent five years in various real estate roles including portfolio valuations and investment sales in New York City. Most recently, he was a residential mortgage loan officer where he and his team originated more than $60 million in loan volume in 2020. Adis graduated from the University of Vermont with a dual degree in Business Administration and Spanish with a minor in Economics.

Andy has more than 30 years of executive experience in real estate acquisitions, entitlements, developments and business operations. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at OneWall Communities® he supports the executive and management teams; oversees the company's Strategic Plan; leads risk management, HR management, marketing/brand management, and drives capital raises.
Prior to starting OneWall Communities®, Andy was the founder and CEO of Frontier Living, a Colorado-based real estate development firm where he oversaw a team of 40 employees and grew revenues in excess of $500 million. Before founding Frontier Living, Andy helped co-found Colorado Mountain Express (CME).
Andy attended the University of Kentucky, is married with three children, and resides in Edwards, CO.
Aryeh Bodner is responsible for assisting the asset management team in underwriting new acquisitions, report generation for current assets and ad-hoc analysis. Aryeh began his professional career as an intern with Frontier Property Group, where he researched demographics and target audiences for investors. After this experience, Bodner moved to a full-time role as a property and asset manager at AB and Sons Group, managing 10 buildings consisting of 105 mixed units across 500,000 square feet of space in New York City. He served in many capacities in redevelopment, renovations, maintenance, tenant support and leasing. Aryeh is a graduate of Touro College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management. He studied analysis and underwriting at The Riverside School of Business.
Cathy has more than 30 years of experience in property management. She joined OneWall in 2021 and is the Regional Manager for two Maryland properties that were purchased in May 2021.
Prior to working with OneWall, Cathy was a Regional Manager with Westminster Mgmt, where she was directly responsible for overseeing six properties/teams in the Maryland area and focused on increasing operating income, renovation program, and increasing physical occupancy to an average of 97%. Cathy has worked through many changes of ownership and has over 23 years of experience within the same properties. Previous companies include Town & County, Partners Management, and Sawyer Realty Holdings. She held many positions from Executive Secretary, Leasing. Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, and Regional Manager.
Cathy attained her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from Maryland Multi-Housing Association.
Frank Gervasio is responsible for OneWall's portfolio to ensure the financial success of each asset from acquisition through disposition. Frank started as a Senior Accountant at OneWall, where he led the build-out of the company's accounting department and managed all accounting matters related to the day-to-day operations of the company's assets. He has implemented standards for cash control, AR/AP monitoring and distribution analysis across the company's portfolio.
Prior to joining OneWall in 2018, Frank worked at Kushner Companies as both a Property Accountant and a Property Analyst. He is a graduate of William Paterson University, where he earned both his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management as well as his MBA in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.

Jennifer is a Human Capital professional with more than 25 years of diversified experience. She has worked in several industries including fashion, professional services, and retail. Jennifer joined OneWall in March 2022 and initiates and leads the Human Resources practices and objectives by providing an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
Prior to joining OneWall, Jennifer held a variety of human resource roles including campus recruiting, experienced recruiting, project management, and generalist. Her assignments spanned multiple human resource areas and functions involving creative strategies and approaches that were not currently in use. Jennifer has been heavily involved in diversity initiatives with a focus on development, deployment, and succession planning.
Jennifer graduated from Marymount College with a Bachelor's degree in Business and a double minor in Business Administration and Marketing.

Jon has more than 15 years of experience in marketing. He joined OneWall in 2021, after consulting with the company for close to seven years, and is responsible for overseeing all marketing related efforts including branding, communications, market research, and strategic marketing.
Prior to joining OneWall, Jon served as a marketer, in varying capacities, across industries ranging from engineering to anti-counterfeiting. He was most recently a Marketing Director for AECOM Tishman, a NYC based construction company, where he led multi-disciplinary teams through the sales efforts for multi-million to -billion dollar projects across the U.S.
Jon earned his bachelor's degree in both Psychology and Economics from Binghamton University.

Kerri Haltom is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. Her diverse skill set and proven leadership abilities has enabled her to oversee the property management operations of up to 85 communities in eight geographic markets. Kerri joined OneWall in September 2019 and leads all property management operations.
Prior to joining OneWall, Kerri worked at Home Properties/Lighthouse Management Services, where she grew asset value through extensive value add and capex programs, identified deficiencies, drove key initiatives, and motivated a team of 630 property management professionals. Kerri graduated from Gannon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and English.

Michael has more than five years of experience in real estate. He joined OneWall in 2021 and is responsible for overseeing investor relations and capital raising initiatives for the firm's funds and direct real estate acquisitions.
Prior to OneWall, Michael spent time in the wealth management, real estate, and fundraising fields. He was most recently with TritonLake, a boutique placement agent for private and alternative fund managers, providing fundraising services focused on UHNW investment allocations from RIAs and family offices. There he focused on client origination and investor coverage in the US. Before TritonLake, he was a Vice President of Acquisitions at Landmark Dividend, focused on identifying and acquiring real estate and infrastructure assets throughout the United States.
Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and holds the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
Michelle has more than 42 years of experience in property management. She joined OneWall in 2022 and is the Regional Manager for two properties in Prince George's County, Maryland.
Prior to working with Onewall, Michelle managed eight sites for Donaldson Management and increased occupancy by 5%. In addition, she has worked for Dryfuss, Lincoln, Sawyer and Southern Management in all aspects of Property Management, including Leasing, Assistant Manager, Community Manager and Regional Manager. As part of her work experience, she developed a large number of tax credit, sale, and bond properties.
I have my COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist), TCS (Tax Credit Specialist), CMM (Certified Manager of Maintenance), ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) and I have started my CPM courses.
I love a challenge and really enjoy being with my family and pets.
Nate Kline - Chief Investment Officer, Founder

Nate has more than 18 years of institutional finance and private equity investment experience with the past eight years focused on commercial real estate. As Chief Investment Officer at OneWall Communities® he primarily formulates investment strategies; sources, underwrites and executes acquisitions; capital structures; monitors performance and compliance and provides day-to-day asset management oversight of our portfolio.
Prior to launching OneWall Communities®, Nate founded Genuity Partners where he consulted on emerging market investment banking transactions, provided financial and strategic advisory services to public and private companies and partnered with the New York School of Finance to deliver financial training worldwide. Before that, Nate was with Fortress Investment Group where he managed valuation, due diligence and financial analysis on more than $8 billion of transactions. Nate began his career in New York with Merrill Lynch where he received the top performance ranking in Global Investment Banking and executed five exclusive/lead advised deals worth $13.5 billion.
Nate graduated with Honors from the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University where he obtained bachelor's degrees in finance and economics. He is married and resides in Manhattan.
Nicholas joined OneWall in 2021 and is responsible for supporting the identification, underwriting, financing and acquisition of assets. Nick prepares and tracks financial data, builds DCF models and produces investment summaries.
Prior to OneWall, Nicholas was a senior financial analyst at Marcus & Millichap where he structured commercial property valuations in primary and secondary markets across the U.S. He began his career as a sales associate at Cushman & Wakefield where he developed new relationships with property owners and managed the team's sales listings within his territory in Midtown East.
Nicholas graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia with a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship and a minor in real estate. Nick also earned his master's degree in real estate finance from the University of Cambridge in England.
Rob has more than 24 years of experience in property management. He joined OneWall in 2018 and as a Regional Manager he oversees the management of seven communities spread across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His responsibilities include implementing annual budgets, supervising capex deployment, ensuring competitive pricing from vendors, and hiring and developing his team members.
Prior to joining OneWall, Rob was a Regional Manager for Home Properties in Pennsylvania and before that a Regional Manager for Longley Jones Management in Syracuse NY.
Rob studied Business Administration at Cobleskill College, NY and is a Certified Housing Manager.

Ron has more than 16 years of experience in real estate development, construction and project management, finance oversight and property management operations. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at OneWall Communities®, he primarily leads day-to-day operations and execution of our property management arm. Additionally, he oversees legal matters and assists with capital/debt structures and acquisitions.
Before launching OneWall, Ron founded Bearcat Services Group, a real estate holding company focused on acquisition, development and management of Student Housing assets. Ron is also an active philanthropist and served in executive positions for several non-profit organizations; he is currently a board member of StandWithUs.
Ron earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Watson School of Engineering at Binghamton University. He is married with two children and resides in Stamford, CT.
Walter brings over 20 years of experience in real estate accounting. His skill set has been proven through the financial management of a billion-dollar portfolio of 30 properties throughout Westchester, NY and Stamford, CT. Walter joined OneWall in March 2022 and leads the finance department as the company's Controller.
Prior to joining One Wall, he served as a Property Controller for the real estate investment trust SL Green Realty Corp. He was responsible for the financial reporting on the company's suburban division - a billion-dollar portfolio of 30 properties in Westchester, NY and Stamford, CT. His diverse background in the real estate industry includes reporting on Class A commercial office buildings, shopping centers, luxury apartment buildings and mixed use properties. Walter earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Syracuse University, and bachelor's degree in Accounting from Queens College.
