Andrea Larick is AdExchanger's and AdMonsters' Director of Events, handling all things event-related from initial planning to the final execution and everything in between. An event industry pro, she has served in many roles for various publishing companies and event planning organizations to build exceptional experiences for attendees, sponsors and speakers. She remains the caretaker of the AdExchanger and AdMonsters House of Speakers, ensuring no PowerPoint is left behind.

Andrew Byrd

Andrew Byrd is AdMonsters' News Editor. He writes our weekly newsletters and regular content for AdMonsters.com, including feature stories, Decoders, Wrappers, Slides of Our Lives, and more. He also crafts messaging for much of AdMonsters' social media channels and helps bolster the brand's presence on LinkedIn. Prior to working with AdMonsters, Andrew was a Media Associate for AdMonsters' parent company, Access Intelligence, where he worked under the Vice President of Digital and also worked as a marketer and editorial assistant for PRNEWS. Prior to that, Andrew worked as an editorial intern at Modern Luxury Media where he wrote for the DC, Boston, and Philadelphia publications amongst other freelance work.

Carrie Brown Albanese - CMO

Carrie is AdMonsters' Director of Marketing, working alongside the team to communicate news, events and happenings to the Ad Ops and Rev Tech community. She joined AdMonsters in 2015. Carrie has 15 years of experience working for a variety of event and media companies, including Etsy, Scratch Music Group, Tough Mudder, Event Marketer, and more. She's a communicator who is passionate about creating compelling live events that foster community and connections.

Christine Foster

Christine has 15+ years of experience with content creation, digital marketing, and media strategy. As Vice President of Media Operations at Kroger Precision Marketing, Christine oversees a team of world-class digital marketing strategists and operations team members who lead the industry in retail media expertise. By connecting business strategy with performance marketing strategy which is enabled by machine learning models and pre-optimized audience reach data science, the KPM Media Operations team can execute with analytical and technical agility. The team is regularly recognized throughout the industry for not only meeting a client's digital advertising benchmarks, but also regularly exceeding their intended business objectives. Prior to joining the company, Christine most recently she held multiple positions at independent digital marketing agency, Goodway Group, including Vice President of Media Solutions. Her career has spanned a variety of areas across all sides of media, from time at McClatchy to AOL's Patch and social media marketing boutique agency, SoMedia Solutions. She currently serves on the AdMonsters Advisory Board, the RNM Ascendant Council and is a regular at industry events. Christine lives in Atlanta, Ga. with her husband and three children.

Emily is AdMonsters' Associate Marketing Director, working alongside the team to communicate news about events, awards programs, and happenings in the AdMonsters community to our audience of digital marketing and advertising professionals. She has over 5 years of experience working in the events and marketing industry. Emily has served as AdExchanger's star marketer since 2020, and recently expanded her role to join AdMonsters. Prior to 2020, Emily was the Content Marketing Manager for an experiential marketing agency in New Jersey. Outside of work, Emily is passionate about eating doughnuts and petting her pointer-lab mix, Maybelle.

Jared Collett

Jared Collett is the Head of Ad Operations at Major League Fishing where he oversees ad and sponsorship product development, digital governance and analytics, ad serving platforms and processes, and email advertising. Jared started his career as a trafficker for a B2B publisher where he quickly rose to Ad Tech Manager and became the first IAB Digital Ad Ops Certified professional in Oklahoma. This rapid rise and designation caught the attention of Major League Fishing, who brought him on as a consultant to facilitate their growth into digital from linear TV. Shortly into the consultation process, Jared was convinced to join Major League Fishing full-time in order to spearhead this expansion into digital. He and his team built the ad ops ecosystem from nothing - increasing digital revenue from 0% to 40% of business in 3 years through direct-sold productization across web, app, social, email and livestream properties. As a true friend of the industry, Jared keeps a keen eye on opportunities to innovate while looking for ways to connect with and elevate others. Jared has been featured on the Clean.io "Ad Ops All-Stars" podcast and had the privilege of participating in various speaking engagements, conferences, and webinars over the past three years. And yes, Jared does Ads Ops for fishing…in Oklahoma. And no, Jared is not an avid fisherman but does enjoy the occasional fishing outings when he's not wakesurfing, gaming or socializing with friends and colleagues.

As Director of Business Development for AdMonsters, Justin Loresco is responsible for the community development and monetization of their global conferences and media property for the past decade. For over the past decade, Justin earned stripes in digital as the Marketing Strategist and Sales Manager for iMedia Communications, Account Director at Crisp Branding Agency and as a Senior Advisor for Tapit! Media Group prior to their acquisition. A devoted family man, Justin enjoys spending his time with his loving wife Mary and two beautiful children Lani and Makai.

Maria Breza is Vice President of Ad Quality Measurement and Audience Data Operations at SXM Media. Maria is responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of SXM Media's brand safety and ad verification measurement offerings. As well as ensuring the technologies that support audience targeting for SXM Media are seamlessly integrated, scaled, and efficient. Previously, Maria was Regional Vice President of Client Services for the East at Pandora. In that role, she oversaw the teams responsible for end-to-end campaign management, developing solutions that increase client spend and drive revenue growth. She created processes that ensured frictionless transactions and high levels of client satisfaction. Prior to her roles at SXM Media, Maria was global head of digital revenue operations at Bloomberg Media. Maria was responsible for inventory, pricing, media planning, ad technology, and ad trafficking for the mobile and web business teams in addition to the business development effort on Bloomberg.com and BusinessWeek.com.

Trish is passionate about growing communities of like-minded professionals and fostering opportunities for connection. Outside of work Trish enjoys connecting with nature out in the beautiful Hudson Valley.

William Won - VP of Sales

Prior to joining Brainly, he was the Director of Concert Marketplace Revenue at Vox Media, and previously spent time at Fast Company & Inc Magazines and Hearst Digital Media focusing on revenue strategy and growth.

Prior to becoming Associate Editor at AdMonsters, she was the Communications Coordinator at The Paley Center for Media, Deputy Campaign Manager on the Tasha for Greenburgh Town Supervisor Campaign, Digital Project Coordinator at Emmis Communications, Marketing Assistant at Warner Music Group, and an Editorial Assistant at Paramount.
