Gordon Babb - COO

Gordon has a background in financial planning and management in the insurance, publishing and real estate industries. He holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. A real estate industry professional since 2002, he was Rookie of the Year for his Charlotte, NC office. As his career evolved, Gordon saw the value in coaching and what it was doing for other agents in his office. Since hiring his first coach in 2009, his business exploded and continued to grow each year enabling him to build a $20M team. Experiencing this success and how he achieved it is why he became so committed to helping new agents get started in this business the right way. He transitioned from getting coached throughout the years to being a coach, and the agents in his program saw immediate success with growth in their business as well as increased company dollar contribution to the office. He is now a partner and member of the Rockstar Agent Team and thrilled to be helping to expand this productivity coaching program to new markets.
