ALMA + GIL

ALMA + GIL (pronounced "Hill") kombucha company was founded by Gerry and Mandy. Originally chefs who have worked in Toronto restaurants like Yours Truly, El Caballito, Linda Modern Thai, Momofuku Noodle Bar and Rosalinda. ALMA + GIL is a passion project finally coming to fruition. Named after Gerry's grandparents Alma and Gilberto who Gerry has long looked up to, our two base flavours are respectively named ALMA and GIL... Kombucha brewery based in Toronto started by Gerry and his love of the fermented beverage. Named after his grandparents Alma Gilberto.
