Ms. Kim Blowe, the Founder, established the organization in 2006 from a vision created by her and her mother. She also serves as Quality Assurance Manager and Care Coordinator with over 40+ years of experience in providing and offering dependable, caring, compassionate expertise care in various healthcare settings, acute care-, short- and long-term care, outpatient clinics, home health, and group home.

Kelvin Blowe is a native of Maryland, graduating from Suitland High School. Kelvin has spent his earlier years serving and caring for his grandmother up until her passing. He has had an upbringing in spirituality and service to others. Kelvin continued this service to others by joining the United States Marine Corps in 2010 where he served until 2015. Kelvin's stint in the Marine Corps included several deployment programs including Afghanistan. Kelvin is now the Veterans Affairs Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Alpha & Omega Community Services Corporation. As a veteran, Kelvin takes a personal pride in ensuring that all of our veteran clients receive all the support and services they require. Kelvin counsels our veterans on educational and other benefits to which they may be entitled. Kelvin acts as a liaison between our veteran clients and other community programs and resources which may be available to them.
Rev. Johnson is the Founding Pastor of Alpha & Omega Community Ministries and has a passion for teaching others about Jesus Christ. Gifted with a leadership anointing, he has motivated others to face challenges in life that can hinder oneself from experiencing the abundant life that God so lovingly gives us. He teaches the word of God through powerful and relatable life lessons to all generations as he inspires people from all walks of life to follow Jesus Christ.
