BILJC is a faith-based organization providing free or low-cost, high-quality immigration legal services while advocating for immigrants' rights in West Texas and Southern New Mexico... We represent migrants detained at the four detention centers that operate out of the El Paso immigration court System, including the El Paso Service Processing Center, The Otero County Detention Center, The Torrance County Detention Center, and the Cibola County Detention Center.
