When I moved to Seattle ten years ago, I promised myself I'd never become a coffee snob, and today that still holds true. Don't get me wrong - there's a big difference with fresh roasted coffee beans brewed the right way, but at 5am (and sometimes 5pm), I'll drink almost anything to get the caffeine flowing... At Blab, we think anyone can make "artisan coffee." It's really just a matter of having the right beans and knowing how to use the right coffee equipment - whether it's pour over via a trusty Hario v60, Aeropress, Chemex, whatever. Seriously, even an automatic dripper can do it right... Blab Coffee provides fresh roasted coffee delivered straight to your door. Our coffees are at their best using home brewing methods such as pour over, drip, french press and aeropress.
