As the Education Manager, Celeste plays a crucial role in the development and delivery of high quality educational programmes across our centres, supporting Busy Bees Aotearoa to be a leading provider of early childhood education across New Zealand. With a career in Early Childhood Education spanning more than 30 years, Celeste has extensive experience across the industry. Celeste has held diverse roles across various organisations, and has worked with kaiako and children with profound and diverse needs. In recent years, Celeste's focus has been on mentoring and encouraging others as they grow in their own leadership journeys. Leading by example, Celeste is esteemed the ECE industry, providing leadership, mentoring, guidance and support across the strong team of Regional and Centre Managers here at Busy Bees. Celeste's passion for excellence in curriculum, standards and procedures spans across the Busy Bees whānau of high-performing teams, to deliver the best possible outcomes for children and families.

With over 25 years' experience in people-centric roles, Leanne has a proven track record of creating high-performing teams, driving innovation and leading multi-site businesses to success. Leanne finds joy in being part of an organisation that has 75 centres across New Zealand and over 1,500 dedicated staff who are committed to providing quality education to over 6,000 children. Under Leanne's leadership, Busy Bees Aotearoa has developed a culture that values its people, resulting in a strong and united network of leaders, teachers and support staff that are passionate about the children, families, and communities they serve.
