CARE CASES

We collaborate with community partners, foster agencies and social workers to bring resources to foster youth. We are currently doing this across Erie & Niagara County through our Care Cases Initiative... Care Cases provides the essentials to help foster children feel loved and secure during the difficult transition to a foster family.
