Goh Eng Kiat has broad and comprehensive experience in human resource, service excellence, branding, corporate communications, risk management, compliance & business development in local and international firms. At Strides International, Eng Kiat is responsible for developing and expanding our suites of business locally and overseas. Over the years, he established the company's global footprint and led the team to secure rail projects in Asia and the Middle East. Eng Kiat is currently a Director on the Boards of Shenzhen Zona Transportation Group Co Ltd, as well as SMRT Alpha, a joint venture that operates the commercial spaces at Singapore Sports Hub (Singapore's largest PPP project), comprising Kallang Wave Mall, Singapore Indoor Stadium and Water Sports Centre. Eng Kiat was Executive Director of MSIG Holdings (Asia) Pte Ltd where he held key senior positions and was seconded to China between 2009 and 2011. He also served on the Board of Sinatay China Life Insurance from 2010 to 2012. Eng Kiat was previously with Aviva Asia as Executive Director, and held various senior positions in Western Digital and Seagate. John Ng was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the YTL PowerSeraya Group in January 2019. An industry veteran with more than 35 years of commercial and operational experience under his belt, John had spent a considerable amount of years in YTL PowerSeraya and last served as the company's CEO before he took up a similar role in SLNG. He later returned to take the helm at the integrated energy company. John is currently also the Vice-President of the Singapore National Employers Federation Board, Chairman of the PUB Board Committee for Risk Management, a Board Member of PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency, and a Director of e2i. He holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from National University of Singapore and a Master of Science in Material Science from Carnegie Mellon University, USA.

Lim Han Kwang is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Geneco, and also holds the position of Group Head (Retail, Regulation and Renewables) at the YTL PowerSeraya Group, the parent company of Geneco. Prior to his current appointment, he was the company's Group Head of Strategy and Risk. Han Kwang has more than 18 years of commercial and regulatory experience in the Singapore electricity and gas market in Singapore. His career in the energy sector has also seen him lead teams and manage the company's power businesses and under his leadership, Geneco has become Singapore's No.1 Residential Electricity Retailer. He is a graduate of Nanyang Technological University with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Bachelor of Business and holds a professional qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts.

Tan Ek Kia is currently the Chairman of Star Energy Group Holdings Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries Star Energy Geothermal Pte Ltd and Star Energy Oil & Gas Pte Ltd. He also holds positions as a Director at Keppel Offshore and Marine Ltd and Dialog Systems (Asia) Pte Ltd, and as Vice President Commissioner of PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk. With an extensive career spanning over 30 years in the oil, gas, and petrochemicals industry, Ek Kia brings a wealth of experience. Before retiring in September 2006, he held significant roles within Shell, including Managing Director of Shell Malaysia Exploration and Production, Chairman of Shell Northeast Asia, and Vice President of Shell Chemicals Asia Pacific and Middle East. Ek Kia holds a First-Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nottingham University, UK. He is a Chartered Engineer with the UK Engineering Council, a member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, UK and a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers, Malaysia. He also completed a management development program from the International Institute of Management Development in Lausanne. Ek Kia was awarded the Panglima Gemilang Bintang Kenyalang, and carries the title "Datuk", conferred by the State Government of Sarawak.

Tan Kian Heong is currently President of Strides Holdings. With close to 10 years of experience in the transport industry, he is responsible for managing the company's public bus business while driving Strides, the commercial business arm, to be the leading sustainable urban mobility solutions and service provider. Under Kian Heong's leadership, the loss-making SMRT Buses turned profitable within 3 years and has consistently achieved industry-leading operational performance standards. He played a vital role in implementing the Singapore Government's Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP) and transitioning to the Bus Contracting Model. Kian Heong steered SMRT Buses to focus on providing high levels of operational reliability, safety and service excellence to commuters, which culminated in SMRT Buses winning the Best Service Partner award consecutively at the 3-yearly LTA Transport Excellence Awards in 2016 and 2019. Kian Heong was appointed President of the International Bus Benchmarking Group (IBBG) from 2015 to 2016, contributing to the international bus industry. Prior to his career at SMRT, Kian Heong held key appointments in the education sector and in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). Kian Heong holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore.

Yeoh Keong Hann is Executive Director of YTL Power Generation Sdn Bhd and leads the new business and investments arm of YTL Power International Berhad. He sits on the board of Wessex Water Services Limited in the United Kingdom and is also President Director of Tanjung Jati Power Company in Indonesia. Keong Hann led the team that set up Geneco, now Singapore's largest energy retailer, and is looking at partnerships through digital initiatives and technology. He holds a Master of Engineering (Honours) in Engineering Science from Brasenose College, the University of Oxford.
