The Chet Todd Memorial Golf Tournament is an annual fundraising event held each year in the fall to support children's charities in the Central and South Texas areas. It begins with a Friday night party at Delaware Springs Golf Course, including food and drink, followed by a social gathering at the Comfort Inn where fun and frivolity ensue. There are 36 holes of golf over Saturday/Sunday with a Saturday night Banquet featuring a dinner, raffle and live auction. What makes the Chet Todd Memorial Golf Tournament unique is that it is a 36-hole individual stroke play and handicapped golf tournament, so it caters to people who enjoy competitive golf.
