THE IMPACT PROJECT

The IMPACT Project, Inc. is a private children and youth agency established in 1991 and located in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. We offer a variety of programs to youth who are placed in foster care via juvenile probation or children and youth offices from over 30 of Pennsylvania's 67 counties and the state of Delaware... The IMPACT Project, Inc. has also partnered with the Lehigh County Juvenile Probation Department to provide community based diversion programming. Our Community Justice Panels and School Justice Panels provide opportunities for youth who are first time offenders to make reparations to their victims, to avoid the criminal justice system and to remain in their homes, schools and communities.
