Bret is an entrepreneur who, over his career, has bought, sold, or started five different businesses. Read More Bret is an entrepreneur who, over his career, has bought, sold, or started five different businesses. His latest venture is Complete Technology Services. Bret's other ventures included owning Knighton Business Solutions, an office equipment dealership that sold and serviced Canon, Ricoh and Samsung products. After experiencing exponential growth between 2010 and 2014 Bret and his brother sold Knighton Business Solutions to All Copy Products, a regional dealer out of Denver, Colorado. In the fall of 2014 Bret Co-Founded Complete Legal Services. Complete Legal serves as a Kansas City based litigation support company providing document scanning, eDiscovery and Hosting solutions. After a couple of years with the company Bret sold his Complete Legal shares to his partners, in order to focus his time on Complete Technology's expanding business. In addition, since 2006 Bret has held many roles with Office Business Solutions, an equipment finance company, before purchasing it in January of 2016. Prior to starting in business Bret earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University, where he focused on Economics and Mass Communication. Bret's studies laid a solid foundation for his future business leadership and ownership. Bret was born and still lives in the Kansas City area with his wife Erin and their three kids Oliva, Charlie and Margot. He enjoys coaching his children in sports and spending time with his family. During his free time, you can either find him at a Chiefs game or on the golf course.

His background in small business technology operations, sales and business development allows him to more fully understand the challenges many companies face today. David joins Complete Technology Services as the company's Vice President of Sales focused on building out its technology program and sales team. He and his team will focus on ways to help small businesses adopt technology in order to achieve their business goals. David enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, often attending soccer or football games and ballet recitals. He loves reading, working in the yard and is a big fan of live music.

Lauren Tapp became part of the Complete Technology Services team in 2016. Lauren has served the company in numerous roles over her six-year employment, based on the company's developing needs. Lauren has played a part in everything from administration, procurement management, and recruitment. She has most recently been named the Director of People Operations, and she serves as the company's Senior HR Generalist. Lauren has a Master's Degree in Psychology, and a history of experience in human services, employee development, training and management. Lauren's favorite part of working for CTS is focusing on employee engagement and cultural growth, within a company that truly values its people. Lauren grew up in Overland Park, Kansas. Read More Ray brings 20+ years of IT leadership experience to Complete Technology Services as Vice President of Operations. An industry veteran, he will oversee the operational infrastructure of this rapidly growing business. Ray's vast knowledge will help CTS build the foundation to achieve its growth goals while maintaining the highest levels of service delivery. Ray received his BS in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University and has spent a great amount of his career in leadership roles in the IT industry. Previously he held positions with NetStandard for 12 years, most recently as Vice President of Managed Services. Ray is thrilled to lead this team and take on the task of building the best managed services company in Kansas City. Ray loves spending time with his family, a boat ride on the lake and working in the yard.
