The CARS story started back in the summer of 2008. Rich had finished another busy semester at Pace University in New York City, and was looking forward to meeting up with old friends and enjoying the summer sun. In the back of his head he knew that his parents wouldn't fund his beach trips, vacation plans and parties. He also knew that he wanted to do something exciting that summer - something that would bring in some money but wouldn't be an ordinary 9-5. One night, while hanging with some friends at his dad's bagel store after hours, he started whipping up some creative eats. After a few bites of his amazing creations, a light bulb went off in his head - what if we open a late night fast-casual restaurant that delivers and which caters to friends looking to eat something interesting and to have a good time?! And from there, CARS was born... At CARS, we believe in serving incredibly fresh and creative eats to satisfy all of your cravings - both during the day, in time for your Sunday..
