East Central California Chapter (ECC) NECA is dedicated to the promotion of the electrical construction and maintenance industry in, Fresno, Madera, Kings and Tulare counties. We were established in 1950 and work with all sizes of Electrical Contractors. Not only do we work with all sizes of Electrical Contractors but with each performing work in many markets such as: agriculture, commercial, industrial, residential, solar, sound and communication... ECC works closely with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers specifically in our area we work hand and hand with IBEW Local #100. Selected chapter members sit on many joint IBEW/NECA committees such as: collective bargaining agreement negotiations, joint apprenticeships training, health and welfare fund, pension, and FACT all of which our NECA members have a say and can voice their opinions, with the betterment of the industry in mind...
