Adrien is a part of the Sourcing Team and works closely with producers around the world. He supports sales and their customers having questions about renewable energy and the different markets. Adrien is Swiss and got his master's degree at the University of Lausanne with an exchange semester at NHH in Bergen.

Heidi works as Head of Partner Sales Delivery. She is responsible for the service delivery to our partners in addition to providing quality control to the back office department. Before joining ECHOZ in 2012, she spent more than 25 years in a variety of back-office positions in media and telecoms.

Janne is responsible for ECOHZ' marketing and communications.
Janne holds a Master of Business & Marketing Degree from BI Norwegian Business School. Her career has been in the business-to-business environment, including the leading European seating manufacturer Flokk. She has also run her own company, working with various children's clothing companies, including Katvig, the leading sustainability brand in the textile industry. Janne joined ECOHZ and the renewable energy sector in 2012.

John was one of the founders of ECOHZ in 2002, together with Leif Hegna, who has now retired. He has long experience in ECOHZ's business areas and is responsible for trading with electricity suppliers. His focus is arranging flexible solutions that give our partners added value when they sell or buy Guarantees of Origin to document the origin of electricity.
John has an MBA and worked for 15 years for Norway's largest bank, DNB, before he changed to the electricity industry in 1996. He has been member of the boards of ECOHZ, RECS Norway and RECS International.

Preben's main responsibility is to develop customer relations in the corporate market globally, and develop and implement strategic partnerships with our customers and key stakeholders. This includes helping corporations see the business case in CO2-free power consumption, which has a wider positive impact. He uses his long corporate and entrepreneurial experience to maximise the benefits for customers drawing on ECOHZ's competencies and expertise.
Preben majored in Finance and Marketing at University of Denver's Daniel's College of Business, graduating in 1983. He has 30 years of international management and business development experience from finance, the manufacturing industry and energy sectors. Most of this time he has been working globally, based in Switzerland and France.
Tom is the Managing Director of ECOHZ. He has a broad international background and experience. He studied Business Administration in both Norway and the US, and has later enjoyed the diversity of international work and living in a number of countries in Europe and Asia. Tom spent 22 years working in a range of marketing and management positions in IT and telecom sector, before joining the renewable energy industry in 2008.
