Aaron Gillogly, a registered Professional Engineer in seven states, is a 2018 graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering focused on structures. He has experience designing and analyzing wood, cold-form steel, hot-rolled steel, Aluminum, masonry, and concrete structures of various types, shapes, and sizes.
From commercial to residential, factories to retaining walls, he enjoys the challenge of variety. His passion for building and desire to help those in need has brought him around the world already and may lead to wonderful things in the future.

Bill Lamb is a civil engineer with more than 30 years of experience related to structures for a wide variety of uses made from an array of materials. He has demonstrated competency in the analysis and design of structures and elements made of concrete, masonry, hot-rolled steel, cold-formed steel, solid-sawn wood, engineered wood, aluminum, and fiber-reinforced plastic. Lamb focuses on the design of structures for architects, owners, and contractors as a part of their development plans. He is experienced in the investigation and evaluation of existing structures that have been damaged by tornadoes, fire, vehicles, and floods. For existing structures that exhibit objectionable visual or physical anomalies, Lamb is qualified to perform structural forensic investigations to determine the causes and to provide remedial recommendations.
Where needed, he also can serve in the capacity of an expert witness in litigation. He oversees all structural engineering-related activities engaged by the firm and supervises the activities of Elrod's technical staff. For many projects, he also serves as the project manager where he is responsible for proposals, budgets, and schedules. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in 47 states. When not performing his work duties, you will most likely find him deep in the wilderness or on top of a mountain in pursuit of his love for the great outdoors and hiking.

Charlotte Hearin is a graphic designer with a dash of technical drawing. She learned how to use AutoCAD and the Adobe Suite while pursuing her architecture degree, and has put them to use as a graphic designer. Charlotte has 10 years of experience as a designer. In the last decade, she has designed interior signage, elevator interiors, social media content, conceptual architecture, logos, marketing materials, furniture, and even marine vinyl graphics.
Although most of her professional expertise lies in computer-aided design, Charlotte enjoys the tactile design experience. She loves painting with watercolor, woodworking, hand drawing, and model making. When she is not at work, she can usually be found roller skating at the Cornelia Fort Airpark or Shelby Bottoms with her friends.

Hollie Harrison is a Project Manager with 5 years of experience within the signage industry. Hollie has worked with a variety of customers to help them with their diverse signage needs, interior wayfinding, new construction projects, and fast-paced conversions. These accounts and programs have ranged in HealthCare, Hospitality, Automotive, and Retail Chains. During these past five years, Hollie has worked together with multiple vendors from start to completion, to have the finished sign installed correctly and safely in the designated location.
Hollie is also involved in Mid-South Sign Association (MSSA) and participated in their Elite Leadership class (2021-2022). During Hollie's free time she enjoys exploring new places and restaurants with her husband, spoiling their two dogs, and relaxing at home.

Rob Alley is a civil engineer with highly diverse experience executing general project management, sign evaluation, and environmental engineering and planning, management, and permitting projects. Throughout his career, Alley's primary clients have included corporate asset management personnel, senior managers responsible for regulatory compliance of industrial facilities, and potential purchasers, sellers, lenders, or attorneys involved with the acquisition or divestiture of industrial and commercial properties. He has significant experience in office and group management, including profit and loss responsibility, business development and client retention, and strategic and tactical business planning.
Alley received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University and a master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in nearly 20 states, including Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.

Tori King is a graphic designer with a background in fine art. She was introduced to Adobe Illustrator as a side course while pursuing her associate of art degree, and it was from there that she changed her course from wanting to major in painting for graphic design. Tori's background in fine art gives her an edge in the design world because she can work both digitally and in tactile forms.
She has experience in branding, logo design, web design, typography layout and design, page layout, printmaking, and package design. When Tori is not working, she is either working on freelance projects, painting/drawing, working on home projects, reading and writing, playing video games, or spending time with family and friends.
