Anna Bejaoui has 20 years of experience in the payment industry. A graduated lawyer, she worked as an attorney before starting her career in the payment industry with the global payment provider First Data. There she initially worked in business development and later as Head of Legal with responsibility for Continental Europe. Prior to joining EVO Payments, Anna Bejaoui held various management positions and was most recently a member of the executive board of First Data in Germany as Managing Attorney.

Darren Wilson President - International / Chief Executive Officer Europe Darren Wilson is responsible for the existing European companies, expansion into additional regions and the launch of North American resources on the European market. Before moving to EVO Payments, Darren Wilson was Managing Director of Streamline (a WorldPay company), Director of Western European Business for Global Payments, and held various positions at HSBC Bank plc. Darren Wilson studied at Birmingham and Warwick universities.

Mark Freese is a member of the Management Board and responsible for the fields of Finance, Risk Management and Legal & Compliance.
After studying economics, Mark Freese began his career in tax consulting and auditing at Arthur Andersen before moving into finance and industry. He has held executive positions in the payment industry since 2009 and from 2011 as Managing Director with positions at First Data and Concardis.

Michael L. Reidenbach is a member of the Management Board and responsible for the strategic and operational IT direction, data security and compliance of EVO Europe and worldwide.
Before moving to EVO, Michael Reidenbach was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer Worldwide for Global Payments as well as a flight instructor and pilot in the US Air Force. Michael Reidenbach completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences at the US Air Force Academy and obtained his Master's in Business Administration from Georgia College.
