FAIRBOURNE - Key Persons
Anna works with our institutional partners in the management of a 1.3 million square foot retail portfolio. She is responsible for the day-to-day management, preparation of business plans, annual operating budgets, monthly financial reporting, capital expenditures, maintenance, and oversight of third-party vendors.

David is a member of the Urban Land Institute (Green Council) and International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce for Ybor City, Florida and Arlington, Texas.
As Head of Fairbourne Properties, David leads the Team in creating value in Real Estate through acquiring, owning and managing properties for its own account and in conjunction with best-in-class institutional partners.
David is responsible for developing strategic investment initiatives and guidelines for Fairbourne. He leads the Team in developing investor relationships and has oversight responsibility of Fairbourne's management and resources. He also directs the Acquisition Team in underwriting, equity sourcing, due diligence and closing investment opportunities.
Donna is responsible for an approximately two million square feet portfolio of power centers, community centers, and grocery-anchored shopping centers for Fairbourne. Her responsibilities include budget preparation, lease compliance, and more.
George Manojlovic is an integral part of the Fairbourne team focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, asset management, development, and redevelopment of retail and office assets across the risk spectrum. George is responsible for identifying and completing new acquisitions as well as developing and implementing a repositioning strategic plan for each asset which he continues to oversee through disposition.
In his twenty-plus year real estate career George has worked on over five million square feet of office and retail properties. Mr. Manojlovic graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is involved with various real estate organizations in Chicago as well as the other markets in which he focuses.

Laura joined Fairbourne Properties in January 2019 with over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a Senior Manager of Acquisitions and Asset Management, Laura is responsible for the acquisition, disposition, asset management, valuation, and financing, as well as the preparation of the company's quarterly financial reports for Fairbourne's operating partners.
Vivian is responsible for the real estate operations and property management for Fairbourne Properties. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, budget approval and management, capital expenditures, and maintenance.
Zoran has acquired and redeveloped over 5 million square feet of office and retail properties over his 25 plus year career. He has worked in multiple markets during his career including Texas, Florida, Illinois, Washington, D.C., Ohio, and South Carolina. He holds a BS in Accounting from Southern Illinois University and is a member of multiple real estate associations.
Zoran Urosevic specializes in the acquisition of CBD office buildings and regionally dominant open-air retail centers. After the acquisition, Zoran remains involved as an asset manager working closely with the joint venture institutional capital partner to implement the execution of the strategic business plan.
