Since that time, FEBHS continues to employ a behavioral approach in which applied behavior analysis is used to train and empower individuals to become less dependent, less ostracized and more inclusive in their community. This approach examines every aspect of problematic behavior to attend these outstanding goals. FEBHS, from day one, has pioneered group therapy as a medium for practicing skills that are trained individually. During individual training, behavioral service is provided by one therapist to one individual implementing skills training from that individual's active treatment or program plan.
