Forge. is a locally owned, women and first responder founded, small business. Forge. was founded in 2013 by Trainers, Jill Trebilcock and Tulsa Fire Department Captain, John Buck who together have almost 40 years of Personal Training experience. Forge.'s complex houses a community kitchen, hotel stocked locker rooms, an outdoor training area and some of Tulsa's most sought-after Trainers. At Forge., we do not impose contracts, initiation, or annual fees. Our members are free to cancel at anytime without penalty. Our members collectively draw upon the strength of our community; a community based on mutual support and the principles of consistency, intensity, accountability and growth.
