After founding Maul Foster & Alongi (MFA) in 1996, Jim has left MFA after 25 years and formed Gemini Environmental Strategies LLC. Jim will continue to provide public and private sector clients with the same high-level strategic advice and assistance that distinguished his career and leadership at MFA. This begins with using "seek-first" techniques to get a clear understanding of his client's needs, followed by sound recommendations with a defined path forward, designed meet those needs. This approach creates a climate of accountability and accomplishment.
