Ian is the Co-founder of Greencore. He is now the Growth and Innovation Director. Ian is a physics graduate with over 35 years' experience in specialist construction, who has been pioneering low carbon buildings for the last 20 years.
James joined Greencore with over a decade of sales and marketing experience. In his previous role, he worked for Ssassy Property, our joint venture partner at our award winning development, Springfield Meadows.

Jon spent 20 years as CFO and then CEO of Telford Homes Plc where he oversaw significant and sustained expansion in both business scale and profitability. Jon joined Greencore as CEO in October 2022.

Jonathan has over thirty five years of experience within the homebuilding industry, with PLC and SME developers and contractors, having led all operational disciplines, including extensive experience of MMC and modular construction.

Keith qualified as a Chartered Accountant before moving into investment banking where he provided financing and strategic advice to a broad range of companies. Keith joined Greencore in January 2022.

Laura has extensive experience in the industry; most recently as a Director for a leading regional housebuilder, in which Laura was instrumental in accelerating the company's strategic growth. Previously, Laura worked at a top-tier law firm.

Martin brings strong governance, strategic focus and financial discipline to the business. As one of the original founders, he is passionate about the construction of low carbon housing that is fit for the 21st century.

Ness has a postgraduate Master of Research degree in Environmental Science, which she has applied throughout a longstanding career working in both planning authorities and consultancy, working to facilitate ecological, environmentally-sustainable, low carbon developments across the UK.
Piers has worked in the Civil Engineering, Construction and Homebuilding disciplines. Piers has an extensive range of experience and has been fortunate to have worked on some very interesting and rewarding public infrastructure, commercial and private projects across the UK.

Richard has 28 years of experience within the Plc homebuilding sector, having held a number of senior positions within the commercial function bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience and external stakeholder relationships to Greencore.
Rob has over five years' experience in offsite manufactured lime-hemp panels. He has refined the manufacturing processes and introduced a Strong Quality Assurance culture. Previously, Rob ran the factory for Stewart Milne Timber Systems.
