Ann-Marie Campbell - EVP

Ann-Marie Campbell is executive vice president of U.S. stores and international operations, leading more than 2,200 stores and more than 400,000 associates, as well as supply chain, merchandising, sourcing and strategy for The Home Depot Canada and The Home Depot Mexico. Formerly, she served as executive vice president of U.S. stores, where she led the company's three U.S. operating divisions comprised of nearly 2,000 U.S. stores. Ann-Marie began her career with The Home Depot in 1985 as a cashier in South Florida. She learned her first lessons in retail from her grandmother in Jamaica, who owned a small furniture store and had a reputation for friendly, top-notch customer service. After more than 35 years with the company, Ann-Marie brings a deep understanding of The Home Depot's operations, culture and customers. Over the years, she has served in a variety of positions, including store manager, district manager and regional vice president. She has also served as vice president of operations, vice president of merchandising and special orders, vice president of retail marketing and sales for Home Depot Direct, vice president of vendor services and president of the Southern Division. Living Home Depot's values is a passion for Ann-Marie. She is an active Team Depot volunteer, working side by side with other associates to give back to local communities. She serves as the board chair of The Homer Fund, a charity that supports Home Depot associates facing unexpected financial hardship. She is also on the board of the Georgia Aquarium and Workday. Ann-Marie is a graduate of Georgia State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy and a master's degree in business administration. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society and the National Scholars Honor Society.

Craig Menear - CEO, Chairman

Craig Menear is chairman and CEO of The Home Depot, the world's largest home improvement retailer with more than 2,200 stores and 400,000 associates. Under his leadership, the company continues to focus on providing a seamless, interconnected shopping experience that blends the physical and digital worlds - leveraging the convenience of its stores, digital experiences, innovative product offerings and reliable delivery options for Pro and DIY customers. Craig was named CEO and president in November 2014 and chairman in February 2015. In his more than 20 years with the company, he has held roles spanning merchandising, supply chain, store operations, sourcing, marketing and online. Prior to joining The Home Depot, he worked in a variety of roles in mass, home center and specialty retailing. Craig earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business. In 2017, he was honored with MSU's Distinguished Alumni Award for his business accomplishments and commitment to philanthropic initiatives. Craig is currently on the board of directors of the Retail Industry Leaders Association, Atlanta Committee for Progress, 3DE by Junior Achievement of Georgia and Camp Southern Ground.

Hector Padilla - President

Hector Padilla is executive vice president of outside sales & service for The Home Depot and has been growing his career with the company for more than 26 years. He previously served as president of the southern division, overseeing sales and operations of more than 690 stores and leading a team of more than 100,000 associates in the U.S., Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. Like so many of the company's senior leaders, Hector began his career in the aisles of our stores. He has held the various positions throughout the organization including department supervisor, store manager, district manager, general manager of home services, divisional director of field services, regional vice president and senior vice president of operations. During his tenure as president of the southern division, Hector supported our associates and customers through numerous hurricanes and natural disasters, working with The Home Depot Foundation to help rebuild the impacted communities. Hector earned an executive MBA from the University of Miami.

Jeff Kinnaird

Jeff Kinnaird serves as executive vice president of merchandising of The Home Depot, where he is responsible for all store and online merchandising departments, merchandising strategy, services and vendor management and in-store environment. Previously, he was president of The Home Depot Canada, where he oversaw sales and operations of 182 stores and approximately 28,000 associates. Jeff joined the company in 1996 as a lumber associate and has held positions of increasing responsibility, including department supervisor, assistant store manager, store manager, district manager, regional vice president of Canada West, as well as Canada East and Canadian operations and asset protection. Prior to being named president of The Home Depot Canada, he served as merchandising vice president of Canada where he was responsible for merchandising strategy and operations, the Canadian Merchandising Execution Team organization, sourcing and growth of private label brands both in-store and online. Jeff has an Executive MBA from Queen's University.

Jose Barra

Jose Barra is senior vice president of Merchandising, Décor, at The Home Depot. He oversees the company's strategy to provide customers with innovative and exclusive products across flooring, paint, kitchen, bath, appliances, décor, storage and organization. Jose joined The Home Depot in 2017 and previously served as senior vice president of Merchandising Services, where he led a team of more than 26,000 associates and was responsible for the company's in-store environment, field merchandising and merchandising execution team efforts. Jose brings more than 25 years of industry experience to the company. Before joining The Home Depot, he served as executive vice president of Optum Inc., a diversified health and well-being company. Prior to that, he served as executive vice president of merchandising, essentials and hardlines at Target, where he was responsible for the strategic direction and financial performance of 10 divisions that generated more than 60 percent of total company revenues. During his time at Target, he held several positions in the merchandising organization including senior vice president of merchandising, where he was responsible for strategy, merchandising, pricing, promotions and regulatory compliance for the healthcare, beauty and personal care divisions, as well as vice president of merchandising for the housewares division. Earlier in his career, Jose also held positions with McKinsey & Company Inc. and served as a managing director with a business incubator in Ecuador. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and a masters of business administration from the University of Chicago-Booth School of Business.

Mark Holifield

Mark Holifield is responsible for The Home Depot's logistics, distribution, delivery, transportation, and inventory planning and replenishment operations, as well as product development for the company's private brands. Mark joined The Home Depot in 2006 as senior vice president of supply chain. Since joining the company, he has engineered The Home Depot's supply chain transformation, adding the company's network of 18 Rapid Deployment Centers to supply stores more quickly and efficiently. Mark and his team are now expanding the RDC network to Canada, and recently opened three new Direct Fulfillment Centers to support our expanding e-commerce business and interconnected retail strategy. Prior to The Home Depot, he most recently served as executive vice president of supply chain management at Office Depot, where he was responsible for the successful operation of all aspects of its global supply chain. During his 12 years at Office Depot, Mark held various roles of increasing responsibility across the supply chain. Prior to Office Depot, Mark worked in supply chain roles at Dallas Systems Corporation, Frito-Lay North America Inc., and H.E. Butt Grocery Company. Mark earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with honors from the University of Texas and his master's degree in business administration from Baylor University.

Matt Carey - CIO, EVP

Matt is responsible for all aspects of our IT infrastructure and software development, including communication networks, approximately 90 supply chain distribution centers, and retail systems across the company's 2,200-plus stores and store support centers. Matt is also responsible for our IT strategy, including the development and execution of technologies used in stores, online and in our supply chain. When Matt Carey joined The Home Depot in 2008, our IT capabilities were years behind other retailers of our size. Under Matt's leadership, the company has successfully built out the capabilities of an advanced retailer including store mobility, price management, auto-replenishment, global sourcing, interconnected retail, advanced analytics, and more. These IT advances provided the knitting that has tied together enormous transformations across supply chain, merchandising, store and online systems. As part of this, Matt's team designed and launched an industry-first proprietary mobile device we call the "First Phone," which functions as a phone and walkie-talkie with the added functionality of mobile checkout, inventory management, product search and business analytics. Before joining The Home Depot in 2008, Matt served as senior vice president and chief technology officer at eBay. In that role, he was responsible for product development, site operations, electronic security, product planning, platform engineering, data warehousing, trust and safety, and catalog operations for eBay Marketplaces. Prior to joining eBay in 2006, Matt spent more than 20 years with Wal-Mart, where he was senior vice president and chief technology officer. During his tenure at Wal-Mart, he managed the rollout of the wireless RF infrastructure, had responsibility for the company's Mainframe Large Systems and Data Warehouse, and led the implementation and integration of Walmart.com, Samsclub.com and the grocery home delivery business in the U.K. He also was responsible for implementing Goodlinks, which provided wireless real-time email and calendaring functions. Matt earned an associate's degree in information systems from Oklahoma State University - Okmulgee.

Paul Antony - SVP

Paul Antony is Senior Vice President - Technology for The Home Depot. He and his team are responsible for developing solutions for enterprise-wide functions including Stores, Pro, Services, Finance, Human Resources and Legal. Prior to joining The Home Depot in 2018, Paul served as SVP - Technology at Walmart where he spent nearly 20 years in leadership positions for store, supply chain and enterprise solutions. Earlier in his career, Paul spent more than a decade with NCR Corporation in software development and led the integration of NCR's services. Paul holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Christian Brothers University and a master's degree in engineering from the University of South Carolina.

Richard McPhail serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Home Depot and is responsible for managing the company's financial performance, as well as capital allocation, investor relations, tax, treasury, corporate strategy and strategic business development. Previously, Richard was executive vice president of corporate finance with Marconi Corporation in England. He also held positions with Wachovia Securities and Arthur Andersen. Ted Decker is president and chief operating officer of The Home Depot, the world's largest home improvement retailer. In this role, he is responsible for global store operations, global supply chain, outside sales and service, real estate, as well as merchandising, marketing and online strategy, serving Pro and DIY customers across more than 2,200 stores and online. Previously, Ted served as chief merchant and executive vice president of merchandising for more than six years, where he was responsible for all store and online merchandising departments, merchandising strategy, services and vendor management and in-store environment. Ted joined The Home Depot in 2000 as director of business valuation. Over the past 20 years, he has held a number of strategic positions across the company including senior director of business valuation, vice president and senior vice president of strategic business development and senior vice president of retail finance. Before joining the company, Ted worked in business development, strategic planning and finance at Kimberly-Clark Corp. and Scott Paper Co. Prior to that, he held various corporate finance, lending and credit positions at PNC Bank. He has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in England and Australia. Ted earned a bachelor's degree in English from The College of William and Mary and a master's degree in business administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

Teresa Wynn Roseborough

Teresa Wynn Roseborough is responsible for The Home Depot's legal functions, government relations, corporate communications and external affairs. In addition, as corporate secretary, Teresa serves as a liaison between the board of directors and the company and is responsible for all corporate governance matters. Teresa and the legal team are responsible for securities, litigation, employment, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, store operations, risk management and intellectual property. She also leads the government relations team as they address legislative issues that impact the business environment, the retail industry and our associates. In her corporate communications and external affairs role, Teresa leads the company's internal and external communications, The Home Depot Foundation, The Homer Fund, branded merchandise and the events team. Before joining The Home Depot in 2011, Teresa held several positions in the legal department of MetLife, and she was formerly a partner in the firm that is now Eversheds Sutherland. Teresa's more than 30 years of legal experience also includes government service as deputy assistant attorney general for the U.S. Department of Justice; law clerk for Justice John Paul Stevens of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge James Dickson Phillips of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit; and an employee of the Department of Defense in West Germany. Teresa was named one of 25 Influential Black Women in Business by The Network Journal and as one of America's top black attorneys by Black Enterprise. Her civic involvements include serving as a public member of the Administrative Conference of the U.S., co-chair of the board of directors of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and a member of the Board of Overseers of the RAND Corporation Institute for Civil Justice. Teresa earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Virginia, a master's degree in education from Boston University, and a juris doctor with high honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the Law Review.

Tim Hourigan

Tim Hourigan leads all aspects of human resource management for The Home Depot. Tim and his leadership team strive to create a best-in-class environment for the more than 400,000 orange-blooded associates who work at the company. Whether in a retail store, distribution center, customer contact center or a store support center, the team's focus is to reinforce the company's inverted pyramid leadership model and ensure decisions are taken in line with the core values gifted to us by our founders. In Tim's prior role, he served as president of the company's Southern Division where he was responsible for the sales and operations of more than 690 stores, leading a team of more than 100,000 associates in 15 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and St. Thomas. Previously, Tim led the human resources function for the company's U.S. stores and operations as well as overseeing the company's compensation, benefits and HR systems. Earlier in his career, Tim held a number of finance, human resources and operational leadership roles, including senior vice president and chief operating officer at Homelife Corp., as well as finance, human resources and international training roles with Ernst & Young, Batus, Inc. and Sears Roebuck & Company. Tim serves on the boards of a number of industry and human resources organizations, including the Board of Trustees of the Home Builders Institute, the Human Capital Advisory Committee of the Atlanta Federal Reserve Board, the Human Resources Policy Association, the Center for Executive Compensation and Center for Executive Succession at the University of South Carolina.
