Greg Binns is an agent for Murphy Business in southeastern Idaho. Greg, along with his wife and two young children, are recent transplants to Idaho and are making the most of everything it has to offer. Prior to relocating to Idaho, Greg spent 15 years working in New York City as a Financial Broker in various capacities including: Foreign Exchange Options, Interest Rate Options, Futures and Interest Rate Swaps for companies including BGC (a division of Cantor Fitzgerald), Tullett/Icap, and Tradition Financial Services. Greg holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Idaho. Outside of work, Greg enjoys skiing, trail running, mountain biking, long distance triathlon, golf, and getting his kids involved in every activity he can!

Neil Bradshaw is a Business Broker and Principal for MBFC of Southeast Idaho. Neil has more than 25 years of business experience in investment banking, project finance, equity analysis, business development and brand marketing. His business transaction experience ranges from the sale of utility projects to the sale of a consumer goods company. Prior to joining Murphy, Neil was part-owner of a branded consumer goods company that targeted the outdoor market. Neil managed the business development and international sales for the company until its successful sale to Newell Brands. Neil has lived in Idaho for more than 10 years. Prior to moving to Idaho, Neil lived in London where he was head of JP Morgan's Global Utilities Equity Research. Prior to this, Neil was a director at Fieldstone Private Capital Group, where he was responsible for the financing and development of electricity and gas projects. With Fieldstone, Neil was based in New York, then Kuala Lumpur, and finally Johannesburg. Neil started his career as a financial analyst for USL Capital in San Francisco where he specialized in the sale and leaseback of power projects. Neil holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacture and Management from Birmingham University, UK and received an MBA while on scholarship to the University of Kansas. Neil is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Idaho. When not working, Neil likes to ski the backcountry and climb the peaks of Idaho and beyond. Neil likes to golf when the snow has melted. Neil sits on various boards in his local community and is President of the Ketchum Innovation Centre, a non-profit dedicated to supporting and mentoring young entrepreneurs.

Tim Powell spent twenty-five years in corporate America with Weyerhaeuser Company. He held leadership positions in a variety of disciplines including IT, Sales, Operations, Marketing and New Product Development. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Master's in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University. He left Weyerhaeuser Company in 2011 and purchased a small business in the medical equipment field. In 2022 he sold that business and retired. Soon after that, he decided to get back to work and became a Business Broker and uses his experience to help other people sell and purchase businesses.
