From vision to fruition programme: Why do we need a why? How can we have a live strategy and a culture of ownership?... We approached Meirav following recommendations as we wanted to develop our income generation resources. We were amazed to find that with Meirav there are no assumptions, and we started an introspective learning process. In the process, Meirav helped us to crystallise our vision, build targeted and measurable goals and to understand whether the organisational structure serves our vision. We discovered that we have work to do before we develop new income streams.
