CLAY PRICE & ASSOCIATES - Key Persons
Angie was born and raised in South Carolina. She moved to Florida in 2018. She joined Clay Price & Associates in September of 2022 where she serves as Forensic Analyst, where she is able to utilize her 25 years of knowledge in the accounting field and investigative skills to analyze and evaluate evidential matter to assist in litigation. Angie works great under pressure, extremely organized and is a master at time and priority management.

Clay received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Western Michigan University. Clay founded his own firm shortly after entering public accounting. In August of 2014 he re-established his private practice. The new firm was created on the foundation of assisting his friends and clients achieve their financial goals while focusing on proactive tax planning and attention to personal service.
Dana is originally from the seacoast area of New Hampshire, having settled there after serving in the U.S. Air Force. He graduated from Southern New Hampshire with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. After working in the private sector for a number of years, Dana returned to Southern New Hampshire University where he earned his Master's Degree in Forensic Accounting.
Jill has over thirty-five years of experience in the legal field with exceptional organization skills, typing skills, and communication skills. She works well under pressure and understands the importance of meeting deadlines while exhibiting professionalism in the office.
Joe is originally from Long Island, New York; he moved to Florida in August of 2020. Joe has worked in various public accounting firms over the past 10 years. Joe joined Clay Price & Associates in November 2021 as a senior staff accountant to assist in the accounting practice.
Kevin is originally from Fall River, Massachusetts. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth in 1979 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Kevin worked for several local CPA firms that provided traditional accounting and tax services for individuals and small businesses in the southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island area.
In 1987, Kevin joined a subsidiary of the TJX Companies as Internal Audit Manager and was promoted to Manager of Real Estate in 1992, where he supervised the lease administration and negotiated lease agreements for approximately 350 company operated retail stores. In 1995, Kevin relocated to the Philadelphia area and joined a large men's apparel chain as Director of Real Estate.
Kevin moved to Florida in 2001 and joined a large CPA firm in the Orlando area that specialized in providing forensic accounting, litigation support, and expert witness services, with an emphasis on large civil construction clients. In 2013, Kevin joined Dunkin' Donuts as a Corporate Real Estate Manager and was responsible for negotiating lease agreements for a portfolio of approximately 500 corporate store locations until his retirement in 2022.
Kyle is originally from Fort Pierce, FL. He graduated from Indian River State College in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. He attended Stetson University where he graduated with a Master's Degree in Accounting in 2019 and received his CPA license in December of 2020.
Kyle has worked for various public accounting firms, specializing in small business and personal taxation. Kyle joined Clay Price & Associates in 2023 to assist the accounting practice.

Mike is originally from Severna Park, Maryland. He graduated from University of Baltimore in 1980 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Michelle has worked primarily in the medical field and joined Clay Price & Associates in March of 2022. Michelle serves as the front desk receptionist and administrative support for the firm.
Peggy is a native Floridian who was born and raised in Coconut Grove. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance. Peggy moved to Vero Beach in 2006 after years of enjoying summer vacations here with her family. She joined Clay Price & Associates at the end of 2021 where she serves as bookkeeper assisting clients with their various accounting needs.
Robyn has been employed at Clay Price & Associates since January 2023. She serves as the office manager and administrative support for the firm. Prior to her employment here, she worked at a local law firm, for 13 years, providing litigation support and case management to the attorneys.
