Instreet was founded as a real estate investment specialist. We began by supporting the establishment of the UK's first retail garden centre property fund, and subsequently entered the world of renewable energy in 2012... Between 2015 and 2020 we combined our real estate and energy expertise, originating a strategy to acquire land that was leased to utility-scale renewable energy infrastructure. Together with a leading UK institution we built and asset managed a £250m portfolio of land, lease and project investments... In addition to creating proprietary strategies, we invest in and strategically support early-stag e companies in the sustainable finance, net-zero and inclusive economy value chains.
