We give children the time, peace, respect, freedom, trust, and resources to follow their passions, overcome their weaknesses, and develop their strengths as they feel fit. We believe that under their own steam and at their own pace they will thoroughly define themselves and grow into responsible, resourceful, and successful adults... We believe that children already have the passion, curiosity, and gumption they need to fully develop into mature young adults. As their elders, we primarily must get out of the way and provide mentoring and resources.
