Joshua is well-known for his broad understanding of real estate, personal approach to supporting his buyers and sellers, and business acumen gained through his undergraduate degree in Human Resources- as well as his current pursuit of an MBA in Project Management-both earned from Grantham University. Joshua's real estate career spans nearly 15 years and includes lending experience with CitiFinancial selling both mortgages and personal loans, an extensive real estate appraisal career completing over 1,000 valuations covering all of Long Island, the five boroughs, Westchester, Rockland, and Orange County New York. Joshua also served as an Operations Manager of a privately-owned real estate sales and development firm on the North Fork of Long Island managing a sizable distressed asset portfolio, traditional real estate sales department, and contracting and development division specializing in renovation and resale, new construction, permit expediting and land use.
