Angela Buckley is a Quality Manager at Whirlpool Corporation in Marion, Ohio, focusing on Strategic Projects, Change Management, and Business Analytics. Ms. Buckley completed her undergraduate degrees at Ohio State University in Metallurgical Engineering, 1996, German Language & Literature, 1996 and her M.S. in Material Science in 1998. She is set to complete her Ph.D (Education) in Organizational Leadership in 2023 at National University. She has been working in manufacturing-related Change Management for over 25 years.
As the Quality Control pillar specialist for World Class Manufacturing at Whirlpool Marion, she applies her research as a doctoral student in Organizational Leadership to focus on the intersection of adult learning theory, cultural change, change management, and structural and systems development. Her leadership consulting outside of Whirlpool focuses on mindset, grit, and positive reinforcement to influence change. She currently races for USA Triathlon as a member of the Team USA - Age Group.
Ms. Buckley has one son, Aiden, aged 14. They live in Dublin, Ohio.

Chris Daddis is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the Marion campus of The Ohio State University. He completed his undergraduate work at Cornell University and attended graduate school at the University of Rochester, earning his Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology in 2004.

Curtis Sybert was named to the Ohio State Marion Board in 2016. He is the current Chair of the Board.
Sybert is a 1983 graduate of The Ohio State University and a 1986 graduate of Capital University Law School. Curt is the senior partner at Sybert Rhoad Lackey & Swisher, LLC., located in Powell. Curt has over 35 years of litigation experience in many areas of the law mostly involving insurance coverage issues. He served two terms as a Liberty Township Trustee from 2006 through 2013. Curt is a past Chair of the Supreme Court's Board on the Unauthorized Practice of Law.
He earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University before earning his law degree from Capital University. He and his wife, Karen, own Sybert Performance Horses, LLC., where they breed, train, and show quarter horses.
David Miller was named to the Ohio State Marion Board in 2014. He is the former Chair of the board.
Miller is currently the Vice President of Operations & Strategy for Evolve Health. Previously, he served various leadership capacities with OhioHealth Marion Area Physicians and as Executive Director of Smith Clinic. He is a past board member and Chair for the Marion Chamber of Commerce, Marion United Way, Board Member and Treasurer of Marion Rotary, and District Chairman of former Harding Area Council, and Boy Scouts of America.
He has a degree in accounting from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jessica Bacon-Moon is a Member of the law firm of Roth & Bacon Attorneys, LLC, concentrating in estate, probate, trust, business association planning, taxation and related areas. Ms. Moon graduated from Ohio University as an undergraduate in 2004 and subsequently received her Juris Doctor from Capital University and has been practicing law in Ohio since 2008 and in Florida since 2010.
At Roth & Bacon, Ms. Moon has worked with clients to create estate and business succession plans; revocable and irrevocable trusts; and Medicaid plans. Ms. Moon has undertaken work with both large and small businesses, including but not limited to farming matters, regarding mergers, acquisitions, and sales of family businesses.
In addition to her board service at The Ohio State University at Marion, Ms. Moon is/has served as a board member for several other non-profit entities, including: School Ministries Ohio, Inc.; Rotary Club of Upper Sandusky; United Way of Wyandot County; Open Door Resource Center, Inc.; and Wyandot County Young Professionals, Inc.
Ms. Moon is married to Gregory Moon and together they have two children: a son, Henry, age 7; and a daughter, Charlotte, age 5. She lives in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. Ms. Moon's firm has offices in Upper Sandusky, Marion and Port Clinton, Ohio and Fort Myers, Florida.

Lynn Oliver Garvin was appointed to the Ohio State Marion Board in 2003. Garvin is a native of Bay Village, Ohio, and a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education.
A dedicated community volunteer, Garvin has served on the boards of directors of Junior Service Guild, The Marion Association for Gifted Students, The Marion Education Foundation, The Continuous Improvement Committee of the Marion City Schools, and as Vice President of Harding Music Parents. She was selected as Volunteer of the Year for the State of Ohio PTA. Garvin also serves as Chair of the Administrative Council and Lay Delegate of Epworth United Methodist Church. She currently serves on the Regional Club Council Advisory Committee at The Ohio State University.
Lynn and her husband Charlie have 3 adult children. In their spare time, they breed and show Dalmatian show dogs, and have bred 90 AKC Champions. She serves as the AKC Delegate for The Marion Ohio Kennel Club.

Michael D. Dostal grew up in Bucyrus, graduated from Bucyrus High School and went on to college at the University of Colorado in Boulder where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He joined Dostal & Kirk Insurance & Financial Services in July of 2005. Now a partner at Dostal & Kirk, Michael oversees agency locations serving Bucyrus, Galion, Powell & Marion.
Michael is active in the Crawford County community and has served on the board of directors of The Community Foundation for Crawford County, The Crawford County Development Board, Bucyrus Area YMCA, Bucyrus Area Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Crawford County, Bucyrus Tourism & Visitors Bureau , Galion-Crestline Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Elks Lodge #156 Invitational Track Meet.

Stephen Keen was named to the Ohio State Marion Board in June of 2007.
Keen is a Vice President/Sr. Loan Officer for First Federal Bank of Ohio located in Galion. A resident of Galion, he is involved in several financial literacy programs in Morrow, Crawford, and Richland counties teaching finances and economics in several local schools. In addition, he is a current member of the Galion-Crestline Chamber of Commerce, the Galion Kiwanis, and the Masonic Lodge #206.

Susan Gershman is an Associate Professor of EEOB at The Ohio State University at Marion.
Thomas Frericks was named to the Ohio State Marion Board in 2014.
Frericks is a graduate of the The Ohio State University College of Law and has been an attorney with the law firm of Frericks and Howard since 1971. He is the former chairman of the Marion General Hospital Foundation board of trustees and secretary of the Marion Palace Theater Endowment Fund board of trustees. He is a past president of the Marion Rotary Club and former chairman of the Marion County Board of Elections.
