Casey Fuke

Casey is a member of the M2M2 leadership and management delivery team as well as one of our executive coaches. Her focus is on coaching and training leaders and career changers to take meaningful action towards building confidence, unlocking limiting beliefs, creating purpose and understanding their behaviours. Her expertise in applied positive psychology and coaching psychology is combined with her decade of military leadership experience as a commissioned Officer in the Army Air Corps. She commanded troops in the UK, Canada and Kenya but her military highlight was leading the Army basic training course and transforming civilians into confident soldiers in just 14 weeks. She has faced and overcome her own mindset, resilience and leadership challenges that now shape her approach but she declares nothing was as challenging as actually leaving the military. She now supports others leaving the forces with the Holistic Resettlement Community.

Dick Matthews

Dick plays a key role for us in delivering both the Army Trainer Capability programme and the NATO International Professional Development Programme in Norfolk, USA. Delivery lead for our ILM Level 5 programmes, he is also a pastoral mentor on the NIPDP. One of our most senior and experienced team members, Dick spent 38 years working in secondary education as PE teacher, Geography teacher, Head of Department, Deputy Headteacher, Headteacher and Consultant Headteacher. During that time, he has also led the RFU leadership academy and coached the Cambridge University rugby team to six wins over Oxford. He has been a mentor on the National Professional Qualification for Headteachers and Middle Leaders in Education, a Mentor for the Rugby Football Union on the L3 and L4 coaching qualifications, and a rugby coach up to and including the international level.

Dr Andy Borrie

Andy is an experienced researcher, lecturer and performance manager in sport and executive coaching. He has worked with a wide range of UK and international organisations including major UK Universities (e.g. Loughborough University), sporting organisations (e.g. the Premier League) and consultancy groups (e.g. CSM). In addition, Andy has also gained extensive Board level experience in a number of companies. Andy delivers our Level 7 programmes and plays a key role in the quality assessment of the British Army Trainer Capability (ATC) programme. He is also developing and overseeing the credit rating of new core modules for our NATO International Professional Development Programme (NIPDP) and manages both programme delivery and academic progression for the second full cohort of our roll-out of the programme to NATO staff in the USA,

Dr Andy Miles

Duncan Sibbald

Duncan is a commercial and financial specialist who directs M2M2's financial management, sub-contractor, and partnership arrangements, as well as overseeing its website and IT systems. He spent the first ten years of his working life in the music industry, in creative, administrative, and managerial roles and in culturally challenging environments. He then took on a financial role at a medical publishing house, followed by a similar position at a capital markets firm based in the City of London. In 2000, he started working with Peter Robinson as Finance Director at Beyond Design Solutions, a creative consultancy where he had responsibility for financial, commercial, and contractual operations with clients including

Gary Batchelor

Gary is a highly qualified and experienced training and quality assurance specialist with over 30 years experience in a broad range of coaching, mentoring and assessment environments. His career has included 17 years in the Further Education sector working in Quality Assurance / Course Tutor for Sports Coaching and Teacher Training, 15 years as a proprietor and manager of a Squash and Fitness facility, 26 years as a squash coach including appointment as a UK National Squash Coach and Regional Squash coach. Jan Sutherland

As Head of Administration Jan is responsible for ensuring all our administrative systems, both front and back of house, run effectively and efficiently. She has a broad range of experience leading programmes and teams within sport, and in the local authority, public health, and commercial travel environments. Jan has successfully secured significant national funding for city-wide projects and has ensured they are implemented effectively by creating and developing high-performing delivery teams. As well as building successful teams in organisations, she has also developed strong working relationships with local, regional, and national partners.

Kirsty Hogben

Kirsty is a social media marketing specialist who has worked for over five years for start-up companies and marketing agencies. She creates engaging social media content across all social media channels. She has experience in content creation through image, video and written formats. Clients have ranged from health and fitness start-ups to established events companies. She has led successful marketing campaigns, built online communities and brand awareness for many clients and has experience executing strategies across multiple digital marketing channels. She has a keen eye for identifying social media opportunities and developing an actionable plan for execution.

Leanne Chancellor

Leanne Chancellor joined the M2M2 Academic Board on its formation in early 2023 as board secretary. This position builds on her ongoing role as the Secretariat, Graduation and Governance Manager at Bishop Grosseteste University (BGU) in Lincoln, UK, and also as the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Registrar & University Secretary. She has responsibility for the line management of the university's Executive Assistant Team and the Graduation and Governance Officer. She is also responsible for the organisation of BGU's Graduation Ceremonies and the administration of BGU's University Council. Leanne started her career in the hotel industry for Forte Hotels, working her way up from a waitress to management at only 21 years of age, and then went on to work for De Vere Hotels. In 2004, Leanne started working at BGU, which has seen her in a variety of lead administrative roles such as school placements, international and research. As well as working full-time at BGU, Leanne has been a Clerk to the Governors for four Primary Schools in Lincolnshire, in which she still currently looks after two schools.

Oksana Howard - Chief Legal Officer

Oksana is a Partner at Colman Coyle Solicitors, a well-regarded Central London law firm where she heads the Company's Commercial Department. She has been appointed as external Legal Council to M2M2 and provides ongoing legal support to the company and advises its management on various corporate and commercial legal issues and contracts. Oksana is a very experienced English lawyer. In addition to providing UK companies with a full range of corporate and commercial advice, much of Oksana's practice has a cross-border element. She regularly advises on M&A transactions with an international element and on establishing and developing group companies in various jurisdictions. Oksana has a network of legal and tax advisers worldwide with whom she works on a regular basis enabling her to provide clients with support not just in the UK but whenever they seek to do business.

Scott Fleming

Professor Scott Fleming was instrumental in helping Dr Andy Miles establish and launch the M2M2 Academic Board and has been a key advisor in ensuring the board helps M2M2 achieve world-class education and training services. He is Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic Affairs) at Bishop Grosseteste University (BGU) in Lincoln, where he has responsibility for the development and implementation of the academic aspects of the university's Strategic Plan, chairing relevant committees, line-management of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Students), Dean of Faculty, and the Research, Knowledge Exchange and External Engagement leadership team. Scott is a Professor of Sport and Leisure Studies and has a long-standing interest in ‘race relations' and youth studies which form part of a wider portfolio of research linked to equality and diversity. His work embraces the social sciences and humanities, and some recent projects have been concerned with organisational cultures and aspects of sport development linked to public health. Throughout his career, he has maintained an interest in research methods and research ethics. A former Chair of the Leisure Studies Association (2004-2009), Scott was a Managing Editor of Leisure Studies (2010-2016) and is a member of the Editorial Board of The Sport Psychologist. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences, of the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, and of the Higher Education Academy. Simon Ogdon

Simon is a logistics and project management specialist who has also followed a parallel career in sports coaching and mentoring. This mix of skills has made him crucial to the effective roll-out of the Army Trainer Capability programme to more than 2500 soldiers a year via multiple courses at sites around the UK. After 20 years in senior IT and project management roles for companies such as supply chain specialist TDG and logistics automation leader Swisslog, in 2011 he moved into sport as a trainer tutor, and mentor to England Rugby North West and in Rugby Development and Academy Coach Development for Sale Sharks.

Simon Winman

Simon joined M2M2 in 2018 as a key member of the coaching, mentoring and delivery team on ILM courses for both public and private sectors. An accomplished senior leader with over 20 years of experience leading a portfolio of programmes to help build sustainable sport, he held a number of influential roles at the Rugby Football Union (RFU) between 1997 and 2018. These included designing and pioneering the RFU facilities strategy from its inception in 2003 to the point at which over 3,000 awards had been made, generating £200m+ of investment into the grassroots of the game. Simon was a member of the Rugby Development Senior Management team from its establishment in 2012 and led cross-functional planning for the Rugby World Cup 2015. As well as the delivery of M2M2's ILM programmes, he also delivers executive education specialising in the relationship between positive culture, leadership, and behaviours. He has been a mentor on the National Professional Qualification for Headteachers and Middle Leaders in Education, a Mentor for the Rugby Football Union on the L3 and L4 coaching qualifications, and a rugby coach up to and including international level and as Assistant Coach for Oxford University RFC between 1992 and 2001. Tony Robinson

Tony has over 30 years of experience in mentoring, coach education, teaching and business and, after 10 years in coach and player development with the Rugby Football Union (RFU), left in 2016 to develop his own mentoring businesses. He has subsequently worked with senior teams in organisations including the British Army, the International Olympic Committee, the RFU, and NATO.
