Adrian's unusual in the world of advertising: he actually began in sales. He then moved into marketing before finally making the jump to agency side. As Managing Partner, he draws upon his extensive experience from roles with M&C Saatchi, Saatchi & Saatchi and The One Centre, as well as a substantial entrepreneurial background - including having founded successful creative agency I.D.E.A.S in 2007.
