Allison Christian is a trial lawyer whose practice is primarily focused on the resolution of complex business disputes at the state and federal levels and in administrative proceedings, with specific emphasis on cases involving energy and natural resources litigation, water rights disputes, real estate litigation, and condemnation, eminent domain and landowner rights disputes.
Allison McGrew is a transactional lawyer whose practice is concentrated on the representation of clients in matters involving the buying, selling, leasing, financing and registration of aircraft, as well as other matters that fall under the purview of the Federal Transportation Code, Federal Aviation Administration Regulations, FAA Aircraft Registry, and Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the Aircraft Protocol. Much of her work involves the documentation of aircraft transactions and aircraft title and registration matters, as well as negotiating and drafting contracts.
With the rise in popularity of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs or "drones") for personal use and business or commercial purposes, Allison has expanded her practice in recent years to include the representation of owners of unmanned aircraft systems in registering those drones with the FAA Civil Aircraft Registry and lenders in perfecting security and leasehold interests in drones. Allyson Crow serves as a paralegal with the firm's Intellectual Property Group, where her responsibilities include preparing and filing U.S. and foreign patent applications, trademark applications, patent and trademark responses, renewals, and copyright applications; handling maintenance fee payments for U.S. patents and annuities for foreign patents and applications; handling research projects relating to all aspects of intellectual property law; and providing paralegal support for intellectual property litigation filed in both federal court and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Allyson began her career in 2003 as a paralegal for a California-based law firm specializing in patents, trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property litigation. Prior to moving back to Oklahoma and joining McAfee & Taft, she worked as a senior trademarks paralegal for one of the nation's leading audio and electronics manufacturers, where she assisted the company's legal director for global IP and marketing in the management of the company's worldwide trademark portfolio, coordinated trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings in the United States and internationally, drafted intellectual property agreements, and assisted with the integration of new trademark and design patent portfolios resulting from company mergers and acquisitions.
Allyson earned a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Tulsa and a paralegal certificate in litigation/corporations through the University of California, Los Angeles' Attorney Assistant Training Program.
Andrew Morris is a trial and appellate lawyer and former federal law clerk whose practice is focused on general civil litigation, including complex commercial litigation and appeals at the state and federal levels. He also assists clients in defending against class action allegations. Andrew's practice spans multiple industries, with a special emphasis on insurance, finance and banking, and healthcare. His insurance litigation experience includes defending national insurers against claims for bad faith, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, alleged violations of the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act, fraud, and negligence, as well as coverage disputes arising under life, credit disability, and property insurance policies.
From 2018 to 2020, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Scott L. Brandee Hudson provides administrative and paralegal support for McAfee & Taft's worldwide aircraft financing, title and registration practice and works directly with attorneys to protect clients' interests in aircraft, engines and helicopters. Her responsibilities include preparing aircraft and engine records for review, reviewing and compiling FAA records for outstanding title and lien issues, preparing aircraft closing instruments, and verifying the posting of recorded instruments by the FAA to the proper aircraft, engine and helicopter records.
Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2021, Brandee worked for one of the world's largest aircraft title and escrow companies for more than seven years. She began her career in the aviation industry as a compliance officer and wire coordinator and later transitioned to serve as an escrow agent assistant. Together, these roles provided her with skills and experience in a wide range of areas, including conducting anti-money laundering due diligence, handling incoming and outgoing wire transfers, creating escrow files for aircraft transactions, coordinating with the Federal Aviation Administration for proper registration of aircraft, ordering domestic and international title searches, and filing international interests on the International Registry.
Brandee earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and her associate's degree in business from Oklahoma City Community College. Chuck Greenough is a business lawyer who has negotiated multimillion-dollar deals and tried multimillion-dollar cases. He also serves as a Chapter 7 trustee for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, which includes handling a wide variety of consumer bankruptcy issues.

Henry Hoss is a trial lawyer who practices primarily in the areas of construction litigation and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing contractors, architects and owners in construction litigation, arbitration and mediation; manufacturers in products liability disputes; and buyers and sellers in commercial litigation involving the purchase and sale of aircraft. As a result of his construction litigation experience, Henry has also developed expertise in preparing and negotiating construction contracts.
Henry has been involved in several high-profile cases involving construction litigation and products liability. In the landmark case of Christian v. Gray, 2003 OK 10, 65 P.3d 591, he represented a defendant in an action where the Oklahoma Supreme Court adopted the Daubert standards for expert witnesses. The Daubert standards were subsequently used to exclude the plaintiffs' expert witness on causation leading to dismissal of the lawsuit and more than a dozen other lawsuits that had been filed against the defendant arising out of the same occurrence.
As part of his practice, Henry serves as leader of the firm's Subrogation Recovery Services litigation team of lawyers. He also serves on McAfee & Taft's board of directors.

Joe Lewallen is a veteran real estate and business attorney whose practice encompasses a broad range of complex business transactions with an emphasis on all aspects of commercial real estate development, including land acquisition, financing with debt and equity components, and development and construction of retail shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, and mixed-use projects. Maria Gonzalez joined McAfee & Taft in 2006 and focuses her practice on aviation matters, including the documentation of aircraft transactions and aircraft title and registration matters. Her practice involves the review of Federal Aviation Administration records for aircraft, engines and propellers and advising clients regarding title issues as well as liens and encumbrances of record at the FAA. Bob Joyce focuses his practice on environmental and toxic tort litigation, regulatory compliance and enforcement and transactional matters. Drawing on his background as a chemical engineer in the petroleum industry, Bob has developed particular expertise with environmental and regulatory issues affecting refineries, pipelines and other midstream and downstream oil and gas facilities, as well as manufacturing, aviation/aerospace and mining companies. He has a diverse environmental, health and safety practice with particular emphasis on defense litigation, as well as compliance and enforcement issues related to hazardous waste treatment, storage, transportation and disposal, site remediation, wastewater and storm water treatment and discharges, underground waste injection wells, above-ground and underground storage tanks and facilities, EPCRA/SARA Title III, and OSHA. Bob also advises clients on DOT issues including issues related to the pipeline and trucking industry.
Bob represents clients in complex environmental litigation, arbitration, and enforcement proceedings involving issues such as common law toxic tort and property damage claims, CERCLA enforcement, cost recovery and allocation, natural resource damages, contribution and contractual indemnity claims, and regulatory noncompliance. Bob has significant experience in working with testifying experts to develop strong positions and in obtaining exclusion of opposing expert testimony. Bob has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies.
In addition to his litigation practice, Bob works extensively on regulatory compliance issues associated with day-to-day operation of commercial and industrial facilities. Much of this work involves hazardous and solid waste issues under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). His experience with RCRA issues includes work on the closure of RCRA treatment, storage and disposal facilities (TSDs), post-closure care of such facilities, and negotiation and implementation of risk-based closures and cleanups. In addition, Bob specializes in providing advice to TSDs and hazardous waste generators and transporters regarding the application of the environmental regulations to their operations and regarding methods for reducing or eliminating regulatory impediments to current or proposed business practices. He has successfully represented clients before state and federal agencies regarding a wide variety of enforcement issues under RCRA, the Clean Water Act and other environmental regulatory programs. Bob has also provided extensive input and comment on numerous proposed EPA regulations and works with businesses and industry groups to develop comments.
