He has a vast level of experience in various areas of the logistics and maritime sector, first as a sea captain and later as a manager and specialist. Mälkiä is CEO for VG-Shipping Oy and Chair of the Board for VG-Shipping Oy, Shipowners' Foundation, Sybimar Oy, Skogby Strand Ab, and VG-Port Oy. Additionally, he is a Board member of Aura Mare Oy, Malkia Oy, Suomen Kiertotalouskiinteistöt Oy, VG-EcoFuel Oy, Biolinja Oy Uusikaupunki, Gaiamare Oy, Shipowners' Association, as well as Naantalin Energia Oy. / Jussi Mälkiä directly and indirectly, owns 534 271 335 (64.3 per cent) of shares in the Meriaura Group Plc. Kati Ihamäki works as VP Sustainability at Fiskars Group. Before Fiskars Group, she worked at OP Financial Group as VP Brand and corporate responsibility and in various positions at Finnair, where she was Director of Corporate Sustainability for the last few years and actively participated to the sustainability and advocacy work of international industry associations. In addition, Ihamäki is a Board member of St1 Nordic, member of Finnish Chambers of Commerce Corporate Responsibility council and Chair for Association for Finnish work.
