Through biblical content we strive to guide students to understand that their chosen vocation includes the call of God to serve him vocationally, whether in the marketplace or the church. Vocation is from the Latin word vocatio, which means "to hear the voice, or to summon." This requires a high standard of academics and the motivation to obey God in fulfilling his call... Founded in 1974, Yellowstone Baptist College was established to train future pastors and church leaders. The College didn't have a permanent home until 1980 when the current campus grounds were purchased.
