NEXT GENERATION EQUIPMENT TRAINING - Key Persons
Terri has over 25 years in the software and hardware technical training business and over 14 years in the heavy civil contracting business as an Owner and Business Coach for her teams. She launched Next Gen in 2019 with the goal of providing a safe, consistent, cost-effective and cutting-edge training program for heavy equipment operators. Her passion is building great teams, great operators and training the next generation of heavy equipment operators through private and public partnerships and workforce development programs. Her motto is "let's show the world a better way to train our workforce, for now and in the future."
