César A. Cisneros-Puebla, is a Professor of Sociology at Autonomous Metropolitan University-Iztapalapa, Mexico. Professor Cisneros-Puebla has been a visiting professor at the International Institute for Qualitative Methodology, University of Alberta, Canada (2001-2003), in the CAQDAS Networking Project at University of Surrey, UK (2008) and in University of Augsburg, Germany, as well as different Universities in South America and Spain. Qualitative Computing Consulting was formed in 2003 and has been very influential in the Spanish-speaking world. He started to teach QSR software since 2001 and is an expert who has contributed to have a very high quality NVivo Spanish version.

Gareth is a seasoned operationally focused leader, with more than 20 years of software and technology experience gathered while working for leading public and private equity backed companies across the globe. He is passionate about continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, working with teams to build platforms that deliver consistent growth and healthy operating margins at scale. Most recently he delivered a successful exit transaction at Vitac, the leading provider of Closed Captioning and Transcription technology in North America. Prior to VITAC, Gareth was CFO of ACT, a SaaS business delivering CRM solutions to small business owners. He has held various CxO or leadership roles prior to ACT at large companies in North America, the Middle East, and South Africa. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa, a Master's Degree in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from Hult International Business School.
