I have been working in the real estate market already 6 years when I joined CBRE. Deep and long-term understanding of property management, commercial market and logistics helps me to provide, for companies on Slovak market searching for suitable premises, outstanding consultacny services from financial, technical and also operational point of view.
I work in CBRE more than 15 years in Office Agency Department and I am responsible for managing the whole team with more than ten employees.
I joined CBRE during my university studies as an Associate Consultant. My job is to provide clients with consulting services in relation to the leasing of office premises. For my clients, I do not only search convenient office premises but also I provide them with advisory services while negotiating terms of the new lease agreement as well as renegotiating terms in their current premises.
I have been working at CBRE since 2010, and during this time I have helped to find offices or negotiate favorable terms for contract extensions for many companies. I provide consulting services to clients in the area of renting office space.
