NWCare providers are rigorously trained and well qualified in delivering care at nursing facilities. We strive for continuity of care, our documentation usually includes secure photographs in the medical record so the next provider can easily pick up where the previous one left off. However, to ensure adequate provider coverage across all facilities we are unable to guarantee the same provider for every visit, due to differing schedules, time conflicts, and previous engagements. We will take provider requests into consideration... NWCare provides quality on-site medical care services to residents of nursing homes and long-term care facilities. We offer Podiatry, Dentistry, Optometry, Mental Health, Audiology, and Physical Therapy services... Mental health shapes our outlook on life and how we interact with others. Anyone can struggle with anxiety or other mental disorders. That is why NWCare offers mental health services to residents of our partner facilities.
