Brandon Solomon - SVP

Brandon first joined Convey Health Solutions in 2018, leading all customer-facing operations and business development for Convey's subsidiary, Pareto Intelligence. In his current role, he focuses on developing strong partnerships with health plan clients to help them attract, retain, and better manage members with advanced technology and analytic solutions. He is responsible for the strategic growth of the organization, both through setting and pursuing business development strategies and ensuring our clients receive optimal value from our solutions and services. Prior to joining Convey, Brandon was an original member of HealthScape Advisors, a leading healthcare management consulting firm, and Pareto Intelligence, a market leader in healthcare analytics, contributing to the strategic direction and growth of each organization. Brandon has 20 years of healthcare experience as a strategic advisor and partner to health plans and providers, mainly operating government markets (MA, ACA, Medicaid). Brandon holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Indiana University. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys time with his wife and two kids who remind him to have fun and not take life so seriously.

Daniel Finke - CEO

With over 25 years of diverse healthcare leadership experience, Dan Finke serves as the chief executive officer and director of Convey Health Solutions. At Convey, Dan drives the company's strategy and the team's vision of empowering health plan excellence for the benefit of their members through the delivery of integrated and intuitive technology-enabled solutions. Prior to joining Convey Health Solutions in 2024, Dan spent almost a decade at Aetna/CVS Health. There, he was most recently the executive vice president of CVS Health and president of Aetna, the Health Care Benefits business division. During his tenure, Dan delivered consumer-centric, holistic health care options to more than 35 million members through the Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Ancillary businesses. He joined Aetna in 2014 and held a series of roles expanding in scope, spanning network, clinical and consumer services, and the commercial business. Dan also served at Emblem Health as their president and chief operating officer, and previously spent more than a decade at Anthem in various national executive roles spanning operations, government programs, and pharmacy benefit management. Launching his career as a pharmacist, Dan holds a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati. He also holds a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in natural sciences from Xavier University. Active in the community, Dan has served on multiple boards, including the Alzheimer's Association of New York City, The Battery Park Conservancy, America's Health Insurance Plans, and the New York Health Plan Association. And as an enthusiast for better health care, he is passionate about addressing mental health stigma and deeply committed to attaining health equity for all Americans by engaging public and private stakeholders to address social determinants of health.

Deborah Johnson - Chief Compliance Officer, VP

As Chief Compliance Officer, Deborah oversees the corporate compliance and privacy program at Convey, ensuring senior leaders, management, team members, and delegated entities comply with the rules and regulations of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and other regulatory agencies. Deborah is a seasoned healthcare compliance professional with over thirty years of healthcare experience. She has expertise in facilitating effective healthcare compliance programs for managed care organizations, multi-hospital systems, behavioral health organizations and physician practice management groups; ensuring compliance is a relevant part of the entire business process. Her prior experience includes positions as Vice President, Compliance IlliniCare Health, Centene Corporation, and CVS/Aetna. Deborah earned a Doctor of Health Administration and Management from Century University, a Masters of Health Administration and Healthcare Policy from Mercer University, and completed her international healthcare studies in St. Petersburg, Russia. Additionally, she has certifications in Executive Healthcare Leadership from Cornell University and a U.S. certification in Healthcare Compliance from Seton Hall Law School.

Giray Akar - CTO, SVP

Giray has over 20 years of experience in technology with a healthcare focus and a deep understanding of Medicare business. Spearheading our purpose-built technology solutions, Giray has immersed himself in the regulatory and technology nuances of the healthcare industry. With his strategic guidance, his team focuses on developing a product that solves complicated processes in an efficient and effective manner. Furthermore, the team also emphasizes on delivering a solution where we treat our clients' business as if it were our own. Mr. Akar has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Bosporus University in Istanbul, Turkey.

Jonathan Starr - SVP

Jonathan has 20 years of experience in healthcare finance and operations. In his current role, he leads product procurement, distribution, and facility operations. Prior to joining Convey, he served as Chief Financial Officer at PolyMedica Corporation and its Liberty Medical Supply subsidiary, one of largest direct-to-consumer diabetes service companies in the United States. Mr. Starr has proven capabilities in managing large organizations and delivering superior service to health plan members. He holds a BA in Management from Clark University and an MBA concentrating in Finance from the Bentley Graduate School of Business.

Katherine Wood

Katherine Wood was appointed to our Board of Directors in September 2019 following TPG's acquisition of Convey. Ms. Wood is a Principal of TPG, a global alternative asset management firm, where she focuses on investments in the healthcare sector. Ms. Wood currently serves on the boards of directors of LifeStance Health, Kadiant, Ellodi Pharmaceuticals, and Neogene Therapeutics, and was previously on the boards of directors of Adare Pharmaceuticals and AskBio. Ms. Wood was involved in TPG's investments in Allogene Therapeutics, Amneal, Aptalis, EnvisionRx, IASIS, and Par Pharmaceutical. Prior to joining TPG in 2009, Ms. Wood worked in healthcare investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Ms. Wood received her undergraduate degree with honors in molecular and cell biology from Stanford University and her MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. Ms. Wood was selected to serve on our Board of Directors because of her extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, her service as a board member of private companies in the healthcare industry, and her leadership and financial expertise.

Scott Tracey - CIO, SVP

Scott has over 20 years of experience in enterprise information technology and telecommunications in contact center and technology solutions environments. His core practice areas include: Infrastructure and Cloud Services, IT Operations, Contact Center Technology and Unified Communications, Information Security, along with Enterprise Reporting and Analytics Services. Prior to joining Convey, Mr. Tracey served as Vice President of Telecommunications and Information Technology at Alorica (BPO) as well as a Converged Solutions Expert at Avaya, and Sr. Technology leader for AXA Financial and The MONY Group. Scott provides leadership for the continued development of a highly available, innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment and service offerings. Focusing on process engineering, Scott not only provides clients with the best-of-breed technology solutions, but seeks cost-efficient and effective IT delivery solutions both internally and for our clients. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maine, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and is a member of South Florida Technology Council.

Sharad S. Mansukani

Sharad S. Mansukani, M.D., CPE, CMCE, is the Chairman of our Board of Directors and was appointed to our Board of Directors in September 2019 following TPG's acquisition of Convey. Dr. Mansukani has served as a senior advisor of TPG since 2005. From 2012 to 2015, Dr. Mansukani served as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors of Cigna Corp. Prior to his work with Cigna Corp., Dr. Mansukani was appointed to Medicare's Program Advisory and Oversight Committee by the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services from 2009 to 2012. Dr. Mansukani also served as a senior advisor to the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) from 2003 to 2005, where he advised on design and implementation of the Medicare prescription drug benefit, Medicare Part B reform, and Medicare Advantage policy. Prior to his work with CMS, Dr. Mansukani was a Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Health Partners from 1999 to 2003. Dr. Mansukani currently serves on the Board of Directors of Agilon Health Solutions, and previously served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Health Spring, Inc. from 2007 to 2012 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Envision Rx Options from 2013 to 2016. Dr. Mansukani also served on the boards of directors of Endo International PLC from 2017 to 2019, Kindred Healthcare Inc. from 2015 to 2018, Surgical Care Affiliates, Inc. from 2007 to 2017, IASIS Healthcare from 2005 to 2018, IMS Health Holdings, Inc. from 2009 to 2016, and Par Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. from 2012 to 2015 prior to Endo International PLC's acquisition of Par Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. in 2015. Dr. Mansukani currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Mansukani completed a residency and fellowship in ophthalmology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a fellowship in quality management and managed care at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Mansukani is a graduate of the Managed Care Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Business and is board certified in medical management by the American College of Physician Executives. Dr. Mansukani was selected to serve on our Board of Directors because of his extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, his service as a board member of publicly traded and private companies in the healthcare industry, and his in-depth knowledge and understanding of the complex U.S. healthcare system.

Stephanie Jones - COO, SVP

Stephanie has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, working for top organizations like Cigna, Coventry (now Aetna), and UnitedHealth Group. Before joining Convey Health Solutions, she gained extensive employer group and retiree health benefits experience, serving in leadership roles for one of South Florida's largest health plans. As vice president of product development, she steered product design and management efforts for their Medicare Advantage and Medicaid HMO business. Stephanie joined Convey in 2005 to lead the Managed Care business, later becoming president of the technology business unit. Today, as the top executive operations leader for the enterprise, she leads the strategic direction and execution of the company's operating units. A Miami, Florida native, Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in accounting from Nova Southeastern University. Alongside her husband of over 30 years, she is an active philanthropist. Stephanie holds positions on the board of directors and as the fundraising and sustainability chair at Girl Power Rocks.

Susana Pichardo

As Senior Vice President of Accounting, Susana brings to Convey 26+ years of experience as a finance and accounting professional in companies ranging from high growth start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across five different industries: consumer products, medical products, healthcare, service outsourcing. She bears a strong technical expertise, paired with strong leadership in developing and leading cohesive teams, and extensive project management prowess. Able to both lead and excel in high-pressured environments, along with maintaining confidence and steadiness during difficult times and transitions, Susana imparts pragmatism and practicality when facing challenges. Prior to joining Convey in 2019, Susana served as senior vice president, accounting, with Envision Physician Services, the largest provider in the United States with over 25,000 clinicians. At Envision, she oversaw a team of 150+ individuals covering all areas of accounting, and supported the pre- and post-merger of Sheridan Healthcare-Physician Services into Envision. Susana, bilingual in English and Spanish, is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Finance & Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Susana actively supports Family Bridges, a nonprofit 501(c) organization, locally as a volunteer advisor.

Tim Fairbanks - CFO, EVP

Tim Fairbanks is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Convey Health Solutions. He has managed the financial strategy of the organization since revenue inception in 2002. With over 20 years of experience, he is responsible for our accounting, financial planning & analysis, human resource, compliance, and legal functions. During his tenure, he has led Convey through both early and later stage public offerings and three growth oriented private equity investments. Additionally, Tim works with our Board of Directors and equity investors to guide future expansion to better meet the needs of our clients. Before joining Convey, Tim held various finance and accounting roles in both public and privately held companies, including Republic Services Group (NYSE: RSG), NationsHealth, Inc. (Nasdaq: NHRX) and Print Source USA. Mr. Fairbanks has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.

Todd B. Sisitsky

Todd B. Sisitsky was appointed to our Board of Directors in September 2019 following TPG's acquisition of Convey. Mr. Sisitsky is the co-managing partner of TPG Capital, TPG's scale private equity business in the U.S. and Europe, and co-leads the firm's investment activities in the healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, and medical device sectors. Mr. Sisitsky also serves on the executive committee of TPG Holdings. Mr. Sisitsky has played leadership roles in connection with TPG's investments in Allogene Therapeutics, Adare Pharmaceuticals, Aptalis, Biomet, Exactech, Fenwal, Healthscope, IASIS Healthcare, Immucor, IQVIA (and predecessor companies IMS Health and Quintiles), Par Pharmaceutical, Convey Health Solutions, and Surgical Care Affiliates. Mr. Sisitsky currently serves as director of Immucor Inc., IQVIA Holdings, Inc., and Allogene Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Sisitsky previously served as a director of Endo International PLC from April 2016 to June 2019, IMS Health Holdings, Inc. from February 2010 until October 2016 and Surgical Care Affiliates, Inc. from June 2007 until March 2017. Prior to joining TPG in 2003, Mr. Sisitsky worked at Forstmann Little & Company and Oak Hill Capital Partners. Mr. Sisitsky received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and earned his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, where he graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Sisitsky currently serves as the chair of the Dartmouth Medical School Board of Advisors, and as a board member of the international non-profit Grassroot Soccer. Mr. Sisitsky was selected to serve on our Board of Directors because of his extensive experience in leadership, business, and healthcare.

W. Carl Whitmer

W. Carl Whitmer was appointed to our Board of Directors in March 2021. Mr. Whitmer is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of ArchWell Health, a healthcare provider devoted to improving the lives of seniors. Prior to co-founding ArchWell Health, Mr. Whitmer was a healthcare operating advisor for Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R), a global private investment firm. Prior to his time at CD&R, Mr. Whitmer served for approximately 17 years in several roles at IASIS Healthcare, including as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and as a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to his time at IASIS Healthcare, Mr. Whitmer served for approximately six years at PhyCor, including as Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his service on the board of directors of IASIS and One Homecare Solutions, Mr. Whitmer has also previously served on the boards of directors of Fenwal Holdings and North Star Anesthesia. Mr. Whitmer has also served on the boards of directors of the Nashville Health Care Council and the Federation of American Hospitals (serving as chairman in 2016). Mr. Whitmer earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Western Kentucky University. Mr. Whitmer was selected to be on our Board of Directors because of his extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, his vast executive experience leading healthcare companies, and his accounting and financial expertise.
