Paul Dolphin Designs was founded in 2015. In January 2021 it expanded to become PdD Building Design. We are a multi-disciplinary team of Accredited Building Designers that specialise in stunning, innovative low energy, sustainable homes and building designs... PdD is a team of dedicated building designers, draftsman and architects on the NSW South Coast just 10 minutes from Batemans Bay. We design plans for solar passive homes and manage DA plans and development approvals for new homes and renovations in Broulee, Batemans Bay, Moruya and the Eurobodalla... PdD Building Design are a dedicated team of building designers. We specialise in creating innovative, affordable and energy-efficient building design plans for both new builds and renovations. Our expertise covers a wide range of projects, including both residential and commercial designs.
