Pathways employs more than 250 full and part time staff members and operates clinical programs at 12 different locations throughout West Tennessee... Under the umbrella of West Tennessee Healthcare, Pathways of Tennessee provides behavioral health and substance abuse services to the people of West Tennessee. Pathways offers both outpatient and inpatient services for those suffering from mental health and/or substance abuse issues. This unique configuration of services has been provided to the West Tennessee area since 1957.
