Adam Kloczkowski, CFA, is a Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for PGIM Quantitative Solutions LLC. In this capacity, he is responsible for operations and technology, corporate strategy and product development, and all aspects of finance. Prior to joining PGIM Quantitative Solutions, Adam was Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy and Corporate Development for BrightSphere Investment Group (formerly Old Mutual Asset Management). Previously, he advised asset managers on strategic initiatives at Grail Partners and served as a financial analyst at Fidelity Investments. He holds a BS in finance from Bentley University.

Andrew Wilmot - Managing Director

Andy Wilmot is a Managing Director and the Head of Strategic Relationships for PGIM Quantitative Solutions. He manages multiple aspects of the firm's affiliate relationships and commercial opportunities with various third-party investment platforms. Prior to joining PGIM Quant, Andy worked as Head of US Sub Advisory for Allianz Global Investors, where he led a team responsible for business development of Allianz's largest US client. Andy also held positions at Allianz including Head of Financial Institutions Group and Strategic Relationships. Prior to joining Allianz, Andy was National Sales Manager, Strategic Relationships at Neuberger Berman. Andy holds a BA in Management from Gettysburg College.

Brad Zenz

Brad Zenz is a Managing Director and Head of North American Sales for PGIM Quantitative Solutions. In this capacity, he is responsible for institutional client relations and business development. Previously, Brad was with Goldman Sachs, where he worked with institutions, endowments, and foundations. Brad earned a BA from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Brian J. Carroll

Brian Carroll is a Managing Director and Head of Global Distribution for PGIM Quantitative Solutions. In this capacity, he is responsible for all client and business development activity globally, including sales, consultant relations, marketing and global client relationship management. Prior to joining PGIM Quantitative Solutions, Brian served as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Distribution at BrightSphere Investment Group ("BSIG") where he was responsible for executing BSIG's global distribution strategy on behalf of its institutional boutiques. Prior to BSIG, Brian developed the SMA wrap platform at FundQuest (now Envestnet) designed exclusively for HNW clients. Previously, he was a Vice President at Nvest (now NATIXIS) where he helped build their affiliate mutual fund distribution business targeting the professional buyer and intermediary channels. Brian earned a BA in psychology from Hobart College and an MBA from Babson College.

Dan Whelan is a Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer for PGIM Quantitative Solutions. In this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of systems and technology oversight and implementation including strategy, architecture, software development, production support, quality assurance, and vendor management. Prior to joining PGIM Quantitative Solutions, Dan was the Head of Distribution and Finance Technology for Neuberger Berman. Previously, He served as the Chief Business Technologist at JPMorgan Asset Management, where he provided strategic direction and day-to-day support for sales, client service, and digital marketing organizations. Dan holds a BS in computing from the University of Central Lancashire in the UK.

Gavin Smith

Gavin Smith, PhD, is a Managing Director, Head of Equity Research and Sustainable Investing for PGIM Quantitative Solutions. He is responsible for the research, oversight and incorporation of ESG in our investment platform. In addition, he oversees research and analysis for Quantitative Equity portfolios. Prior to his current role, Gavin was most recently a portfolio manager and before that was a key member of PGIM Quantitative Solutions' Research team where he focused on alpha and implementation research that could be applied across markets and strategies. Prior to joining PGIM Quantitative Solutions, Gavin led the North American Quantitative Research team at Macquarie Capital. Previously, Gavin served in quantitative research positions at Barclays Capital and Plato Investment Management in Sydney, Australia. He earned a BComm (Honors) in finance from the University of Wollongong and a PhD in finance from the University of New South Wales in Australia.

George N. Patterson, PhD, CFA, CFP, is a Managing Director and the Chief Investment Officer for PGIM Quantitative Solutions. In this capacity, he oversees all portfolio management and research efforts for both the Quantitative Equity and Multi-Asset teams. Prior to his current role, George was the Co-Head of PGIM Quantitative Solutions' Quantitative Equity team, overseeing portfolio management, investment research and new product development. Before joining PGIM Quantitative Solutions, George was a Managing Director, Corporate Strategy, at Axioma, Inc., focusing on identifying buy-side trends and market opportunities. Previously, he was the Chief Investment Officer for Quantitative Investments at Bank of Montreal Global Asset Management, with responsibilities across global equities and multi-asset strategies spanning stand-alone asset allocation funds, FX overlays, retail fund of funds and ETF-based multi-asset solutions. In addition, George was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Menta Capital LLC, a California-based quantitative equity hedge fund, and a Senior Portfolio Manager in equity market neutral strategies at Barclays Global Investors. He began his career at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. George earned a BS in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a PhD in physics from Boston University.

He spearheads the group's strategic initiatives and is responsible for portfolio management, research, product development of the multi-asset platform. Prior to his current role, Marco was the Head of Systematic Multi-Asset Strategies, overseeing research, development and portfolio management of systematic total and absolute return investment solutions. Before joining PGIM Quantitative Solutions, Marco was a Lead Portfolio Manager and Researcher for GTAA and volatility strategies for the Quantitative Investment Strategies team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and a Principal at Platinum Grove Asset Management. Previously, Marco was a research scholar at the University of California, San Diego, and a visiting scholar at the International Monetary Fund. Marco's articles have appeared in several journals including the Journal of Econometrics, Journal of Financial Econometrics, Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Forecasting, Journal of Investment Management and the Journal of Portfolio Management. Previously, Patrick worked at Goldman Sachs, first as a Researcher on the Quantitative Investment Strategies team and then as Co-Head of Systematic Strategies at GSAM AIMS, providing solutions for OCIO and high net worth clients. Patrick was also a Quantitative Portfolio Manager and Researcher for the Multi-Asset Solutions team at AllianceBernstein. Prior to her current role, she served as the Head of Equity Portfolio Management for PGIM Quantitative Solutions. Stacie has over two decades of portfolio management experience, focusing on long-only and long-short equity investing for more than 15 years at PGIM. Prior to that, she managed strategic and tactical asset allocation for several institutional and retail funds at PGIM. During that time, she was also responsible for managing the overall asset allocation for the Prudential Pension Plan. She earned a BA in economics from Rutgers University and an MBA in finance from the New York University Stern School of Business.
