Angela Watson - EVP

Angela Watson is the Executive Vice President at Platform Development. She is responsible for the overall operations of the company along with a strong focus on strategy, culture, growth and client relations. Prior to joining Platform in 2021, Angela gained 25 years of multifamily experience by working her way through the ranks of the industry from leasing to executive leadership. She has played a role in building operational platforms, executing strategic plans, and growing cultures that promote team mentality for new and growing companies. She believes in putting people first and works with the motto of "every day better". Angela resides in Texas where she enjoys big family gathering, Mexican food, baseball and traveling with her husband and son.

Bronwynne Brown

Bronwynne Brown is an District Manager at Platform. She is responsible for leading and growing part of our conventional Arkansas portfolio. Bronwynne joined Platform in 2020 with over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Her experience has created success in financial growth, cost saving strategies, team building and long-term vendor and client relationships. Her goal is to create the best experience for each resident, vendor and team member she touches daily. Bronwynne resides in Arkansas and graduated with a degree in Communications. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, theatre and chairing the NAA Arkansas Education Board.

Judy Strain

Job Titles:
  • Controller at Platform
Judy Strain is the Controller at Platform with full oversight of all development and property accounting. Her responsibilities include monthly financial reporting, lender compliance, audits, and improving and maintaining internal controls and accounting best practices.

Mac Jones

Mr. Jones founded Platform Development and oversees all development and operations. With over 25 years of experience in multifamily, he is involved in every aspect of the development lifecycle, including market identification, site selection, design, underwriting, entitlement, capital procurement, construction, lease-up, operation and disposition. A graduate of Baylor University, he is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, the National Apartment Association, and is a board member of Western Hills Little League and the Baylor Line Foundation.

Nadia Hammock

  • Regional Manager With Platform
Nadia Hammock is a Regional Manager with Platform. She is responsible for leading our teams and overseeing the operational success of our student housing portfolio. Her portfolio includes assets in Kansas, Tennessee, Arkansas and Texas. Nadia joined Platform in 2018 as Property Manager and was promoted to Regional Manager in 2021. She has had great success in her 14 years of property management with a strong background in student housing, marketing and team building. She is very outgoing, personable and dedicated to her career. She believes in treating others the way she wants to be treated. Nadia resides in Arkansas and enjoys spending time with family, couponing and traveling.
