Bret Ninomiya

Bret Ninomiya grew up in Monterey Park, California, and graduated from West Point with a B.S. in Computer Science and a commission as Second Lieutenant in the Field Artillery of the United States Army. After six years in the Army, Bret worked as a Sales Engineer for York International for four years before moving to DMG Corporation, a manufacturer's representative for custom HVAC products. During his 14 years at DMG, Bret became a partner, board member, and Vice President of Operations. In 2018, he joined Air Conditioning Solutions (ACS) to become part of the innovative and energy-saving solutions that bring value to Class A buildings in the Los Angeles area. Cathy Campfield

Cathy Campfield is Director of Client Relations for the Los Angeles branch of Allied Universal and is the liaison between the client and local operations team, providing an added valuable level of quality assurance and client relations support to her accounts. Cathy's experience in the private security industry spans 30 years, and she has been with Allied Universal for 19. Cathy started her career in property management and is very familiar with the service needs of her clients. She serves on several committees of industry professional associations, including BOMA and IREM and is a Board Memboer of the Century City Chamber of Commerce. Christa Duggan

Christa has over 20 years of property management experience. She began her real estate career as a property accountant for medical office buildings, shopping centers, residential and high-rise office buildings. After a couple of budget cycles and many months of financial statement preparation, Christa made the leap into property management. She has worked with many large real estate houses, managing millions of square feet of assets, most recently with Kilroy as a Portfolio Manager in 2017. Christa is married to Chris Duggan, owner of Duggan & Associates, leading commercial painting company in greater Los Angeles where she serves as Director of Client Relations. They live in the South Bay and share five children and five grandchildren. Heather Ross

Heather has an extensive background in commercial real estate, having managed million square foot high rises in Los Angeles for over fifteen years, realizing much income from location filming at these properties. In 2007, Heather formed The Location Portal, enabling her to fully serve the commercial real estate industry by bringing filming to owners on a larger scale. Heather is a graduate of the Claremont Colleges, a published author and fundraiser for charitable causes, including Hope for Firefighters and the United Nations Association. Richard Ludt

Richard Ludt is the Director of Environmental Affairs at IRS Demo. After a successful career in the film industry, Richard has become a recognized expert in the field of recycling construction and demolition debris. Richard is responsible for complying with California's heavily regulated solid waste ordinances and coordinates the recycling of the various construction debris obtained from tenant improvement demolition projects, including E-Waste, Acoustic Ceiling Tiles, carpeting, and over 450,000,000 pounds of drywall. Richard oversaw the permitting of the IRS construction and demolition processing facility in the City of South Gate and continues to find new markets recycling. Richard is Corporate Director of Recycling and Material Recovery for the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) and sits on the Board of the Construction and Demolition Recycling Association. When he is not working, Richard is often found in his garage with a woodworking or knife-making project underway, or with his wife and two children enjoy movies and traveling. Steve Robinson

Steve has an extensive background in commercial real estate, from acquisitions to management of multiple buildings, supervising management companies for the ownership interest for over 20 years, has been on the vendor side for the last 20 years. His background enables him to fully serve the commercial real estate industry by bringing a vast perspective on management and vendor services. He leads an active lifestyle and stays healthy with sports and walking over 12k worth of steps every day. His fundraising passion led him to be a founding member of Hope for Firefighters, of which he is the current Co-Chairman, he is also an active board member on The William H Parker LAPD Foundation.
